Monthly Rentals in Venice State Beach

I greatly enjoyed my time in Pacifica! The farmers market on Wednesdays are a must at Rockaway beach. Moonraker for restaurant excellent and the quaint health and gift stores are cool if that’s your vibe. Gen always communicated kindly! It’s super nice in October weather wise but by late November, it can be quite chilly on the bottom floor. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would book again 🙏🏼

Truly a guest favorite! We came with two young kids (1 and 4) and we loved every aspect of this place. Tom was also extremely helpful with everything. We were even allowed to check in early at very short notice as I had confused the time change and the kids were tired after a long flight from the East coast. The way to think about this place: LOTS of space in the house, as well as in the garden, everything is super secure (Tom installs baby gates if needed), so as a parent you can relax much more than in any usual airbnb. The location is world class: You can walk down to an amazing natural beach, it's right at the end of the block, and a few feet down that beach there is even an amazing surf spot (rent your board at HMB rental); within 10min you're also in the middle of the redwoods where you find more pure nature, with amazing trees, little creeks etc. Wish we could have stayed longer. The whole family loved it.

An amazing stay for our growing family. With a kid friendly space, separate living room space for TV and relaxation, and super short walk to the beach, this house hit the top of our repeat visit list!! Looking forward to visiting Half Moon Bay again soon and staying at Mary-Anne's!

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out, with all the amenities we needed and then some!! We loved the big picture windows watching the waves crash in and sunsets, even when it was a bit chilly outside. The backyard was so nice and we enjoyed firepit nights! Elevator was also super convenient for my elderly mom. Hosts were proactive with communication and responded quickly when I had a few questions. We made many family memories that will last a lifetime. If you are considering this house, book it! Highly recommend!
