Townhome vacation rentals in Venezia

This house is in a good location; surprisingly quiet for Venice. There is plenty of room, including a good terrace. Everything in the house works. This was our third stay, and we will book again.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

Wir waren vollkommen begeistert. Das Haus war sauber und komplett für alles gerüstet. Die Küche mit Inventar ein Traum für grosse Kochaktionen und seine Mahlzeit im geschlossenen, romantischen Innenhof genießen. Das Haus liegt an einem Hauptgehweg, abends etwas laut, aber geht. Dafür ist die Lage super zentral. Man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen( 20 Minuten bis Markusplatz) oder per Vaporetto. Von dieser Station aus kann man in alle Richtungen kommen, auch zu den Umliegenden Inseln z.B. Burano, Murano. Supermärkte sind auch recht nah ca. 70m. Gut fanden wir auch die 3 Bäder im Haus, keine morgendlichen Staus. Ach ja, zu erwähnen wäre da noch der kleine romantische Romeo und Julia Balkon. Toll um sich mal abzuseilen.... Ich wünsche euch allen dort viel Spaß

Très bon séjour . L’appartement est fidèle aux photos avec un premier niveau plutôt sombre et un étage agréable. L’appartement est très bien situé, à l’écart de l’ultra centre, au calme, avec tous les services très proches (boulangerie, supérette, bars, restaurants, arrêts vaporettos …). Effectivement, l’appartement nous a convenu car il a tout le matériel indispensable et nous n’avons pas passé beaucoup de temps en journée . Merci pour ce séjour à bientôt peut-être ☺️

Apartment as described in the announcement. Good quality-price ratio. Large and with all the necessary services. Neat and very clean. Strategic position for visiting Venice reachable by train in 20/25 minutes. Convenient free parking inside the property. Gianpaolo and Vera are very friendly and extremely helpful with exceptional flexibility in both check in and check out. Upon our arrival Gianpaolo personally showed us the main useful points for the stay (station, supermarket, ..). Vera's cakes are excellent. Recommended.

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

We loved staying in this home. We had everything we needed. The space is very light and airy, and with the wonderful perch on the canal just off the living area. There are guides and books in the house with a lot of very helpful information. Everything was comfortable, and it is a very well decorated home. Milena is very kind and friendly and helpful; very easy to communicate with. Her love of Venice comes across, and it was clear she wants to be helpful and see her guests have a nice visit. The neighborhood is wonderful! Peaceful, but by no means empty. A minute walk away is a stretch of canal with bars and restaurants and a fantastic gelateria. That area is very lively weekend nights; a bar/restaurant with good live music even. Vaporetto is like mins walk, and the airport boat even closer. It’s a great area to stay and a great home for your stay—highly recommend! Thank you again Milena (and Jacopo)!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Andrea per 2 notti. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi, per un totale di 9 persone. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Andrea è stato un host cordiale e preciso nella comunicazione e nel check in. L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di 2 bagni, con un parcheggio interno molto spazioso. Abbiamo visitato i dintorni (Padova a 20 minuti, Verona a 50 minuti, Vicenza a 30 minuti) in maniera molto comoda. Nel quartiere è presente sia un supermercato che una pizzeria.

Pamela was extremely accommodating as our arrival time changed multiple times. She met us at the bus station, walked us to the unit and oriented us! The unit had everything we needed. (A bottle of Prosecco gifted by Pamela was so appreciated!) It was spotless, tastefully decorated without any clutter. The bed was very comfortable. The little garden was a bonus. A wonderful spot to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Walkable to everything, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Grocery store a minute away. A truly lovely place with a lovely host. Grazie, Pamela for making our first visit to Venice very special!

If you are flying to or our of Marco Polo Airport this is the most convenient location and easiest to navigate : 1. “People mover “ will take you straight to /from,the boat docking area - takes 15 to 20 minutes but you don’t ever exit the airport 2. Boat ride takes about 80-90 minutes ( boat makes several stops) to Arsenale station and you don’t need to go up and down the bridges at all nor to carry your luggage long way . Iness’ place is easy to find and it is only 5-10 minutes wall from /to the boat docking area. Boats run every 25- 30 minutes. 3. The same boat line services the other areas of Venice as well - however the way to / from your place to the boat may be more complicated depending on the location of your apartment

Great location and Massimo was very thorough with the details on the neighborhood and how to navigate the place. He also provided proactive communication and even checked in on us on Day 1 when we arrived. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend the place for a stay in Venice.

La señora Marina siempre estuvo pendiente de mi proceso de llegada. Me prestó el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, lo cual valoro mucho, porque me ayudó mucho para llegar pronto a su casa y poder descansar. Su alojamiento está en una zona segura y tranquila. Es muy cómodo y bonito. Su esposo me transportó varias veces, lo que me facilitó enormemente mis desplazamientos. Ellos, se portaron de maravilla y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias a la señora y a su esposo Visma por ser tan amables, generosos y no excelentes anfitriones. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Hasta pronto!

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!
