In a quiet area but with shops, restaurants, and bars where you can experience real Venetian life. The rooms are spacious with a private bathroom, a kettle for making coffee and tea, and croissants for breakfast. There is a large common living room for relaxing and a pool table.

Beautiful bedroom, with private bathroom and separate entrance with security door. Less than a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma or the station. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The facilities and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and ventilated room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to the present, every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., live Gregorian chants and incense enter the house. No AC.
