Roberto is a very helpful and friendly guest. The room and bathroom are very clean. The view of the valley is great.

We stayed one night in the apartment. Mauro was very kind, he gave us a lot of details about the area and its surroundings. The room is as described, for what we needed was great. If we happen to be in the area again, we will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay. The space was very clean and in a great location. Indeed the tram stop is located right next door. There is a tram every 10/15 minutes and it will only cost you €1.50 to get to Venice in 10 minutes. I would recommend this place and thank the host for their availability.

This is a nice place in the middle of wineyards. We stayed for one night in the middle of a long road trip.

It was exactly as listed and met our expectations. It is within easy walking distance to local shops, cafe’s, restaurants and public transport. Felt like a very friendly location with lots of kids and families playing outside when we arrived. They were very responsive to all of our messages and willing to help with any questions we had.

A special place full of old furniture and pictures. The ambiance was a good fit for historic Venice. We'll be back.

We were only guests for one night, as we wanted to visit Venice on our way back, and received tips for the arrival as well as activities from the beginning. The place is tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. In addition, the adjoining garden looks very well maintained and the exchange of messages with the friendly hostess worked smoothly at all times. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you so much! :)

This was the most beautiful place we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Frank and his wife are incredibly hospitable and caring hosts. Their villa is truly unique and stunning. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the sound of birds singing. The location is very convenient, with both bus and train stations nearby. If you want to experience the real Italy, we highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

The apartment is situated a relatively short walk from both the railway station and the town centre. Thus, it provided us with the perfect base for exploring Padua and venturing further afield to Venice and Verona. Matilde and Gianni were wonderful hosts. One would surely have a majestic stay at this residence with royal vibes. Besides, for anyone coming to Venice who'd like to stay in a peaceful, serene neighborhood of the city and in a location that's also well connected to the primary island of Venice, this has to be a top recommendation. The villa is about 5 min walking from the Venezia Carpenedo railway station, and about 10 min walking from a bus stop that provides connectivity to the touristy part of Venice. Despite offering a pretty economic stay, the experience of residing here made us feel transported back in the time of Venetian glory, filling us in awe by the charming antic grandeur of the villa. The hosts were also very warm, responsive and friendly. I thank them very much!

Everything was perfect. I arrived much later than expected and Alessandro was super attentive and had no problem waiting for me. He was super nice and helpful. The house is also great, with many kitchen products such as oil available and a good location. I would definitely recommend it.

everything was tip top, you can drive to the house to load and unload. Hostess really super nice, she doesn't speak English, which was then pretty well solved with online translator. Food great, room really super clean and everything you need there is everything you need there. quiet in a side alley in Chioggia and yet super central. We would love to come back!

Beautiful studio! The apartment is freshly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The location is great—there’s a bus to Venice every 10 minutes, making it super convenient to explore the city. We visited during the Carnival and had an amazing time. Ruslan is a very friendly and helpful host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Anna was a very nice and kind host. We booked the appartment on the arriving date, but it was not a problem for her. The flat was perfect, and we find some halloween candies for the kids on the table, and some foods in the fridge. It was amazing. Thanks again for everything Anna. 😘
