Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Beautiful and bright apartment of 80 square meters just renovated (July 2018) located in the San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale area easily accessible from both the station and the airport (the Arsenale vaporetto stop is a few meters without bridges, where also stops the motorboat Alilaguna coming from the airport). It is also a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
