Townhome vacation rentals in Venezia

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Lots of space near some great restaurants and far from the madding crowd. Very walkable to main town. Extremely clean area. Check in was simple using lock box and lots of instructions on how things work. The garbage is a bit of a walk takes about ten minutes to get there, if your in on garbage day a man knocks on your door and you hand it over. Main bathroom is a bit hazardous due to the climb up steps to the shower bath. But there is a spare shower next to the main bedroom to use as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The cottage is wonderful, divided into 2 spacious hospitable floors and with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Direct access to the private garage and the possibility of using bicycles are a real treat. We were without a car and the bikes allowed us to move around easily for all three days. Antonella is always available for any questions you may have. Absolutely recommended to stay.

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

We were very warmly welcomed by Alexandra. In the house we found everything we needed for our stay. There was even a garage for the car with direct access to the house. We found the days very nice and would be happy to come back. Alexandra was a great host. Thank you!

We had a great holiday in Porto Santa Margherita. The house and the pool are as described in all respects, the neighborhood is friendly, the sea is close. Perfect for a family of six. We went to visit Venice and its biennial taking the train to San Stino di Livanza as Alessandra had advised us. Very convenient!

Very nice house in a great location, close to vaporetto , Accademia and San Marco. Nice kitchen and several sitting rooms. The bathroom was not in the best location but we managed. Thank you Antonio and Luisa!

Great location - not far from the center but peaceful and quiet. A variety of cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. Marco's associates were very helpful and communication was easy and uncomplicated. They offered to store our luggage until check-in time and also after check-out which was very convenient for us. Only problem was a nasty smell coming out of the downstairs bathroom. We had to keep the door closed and windows open all the time because of it. It may be because of the rain or the tide but, nevertheless, the owner has to deal with it.

Had a wonderful stay in Cristina's in beautiful Este. House was spotless clean, and exactly as listed, very close to the centre of Este and the lovely Castle grounds. Cristina was great to deal with, instructions were very clear, and we wil definitely return.

Beautiful and personal cottage on the edge of the historic center. Convenient for trips to Veneto and/or to appreciate the hills. We'll be back to finish the tour.

Well-equipped apartment with plenty of space and a beautiful, wind-protected terrace. We felt very comfortable with our two children. Our kids made friends with the neighboring cats right away.

Cozy and clean townhouse in a good location (3 min to the beach). Perfect for 3 couples, each having a floor of their own. Friendly and responsive host. All we needed for a great vacay 😊

Barbara was a great host. The place was clean and great equipped. We had everything we needed. Traveling with friends, 4 adults with 4 children and had just right space for sleeping. Would recommend the place.

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!

The newly renovated house is very well located (to the beach, to the shopping mall). It has three bedrooms, each with two double beds, which was very important for our family. The complex's swimming pool is right next to the house. The kids were able to go swimming while we were preparing the food. The washing machine is practical and especially the balcony next to the upper bathroom, where you can hang the laundry to dry. Nicole was very nice and flexible. Verde mare is also beautiful. A complex by the sea with sun loungers, parasols and a pool. Nicole also organized this for us. We were lucky that the house was available on such short notice.

Even though we did not meet with Iulia, she was very prompt to my messages. Thanks to her instructions, it was easy to find the place and we enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was very comfy, and apples from the region as a treat was cherry on top. Thank you!

Thomas was helpful, communicated on a level and resolved any issue quickly. The apartment is part of a quiet residence, further from mass tourism, despite the attractiveness of Lido di Jesolo, we were not under the pressure of tourists. We had a wonderful family vacation, we rolled by the beach and visited Venice, which are extremely close. In the house it was possible to barbecue and bathe in the residential pool, German cleanliness ruled everywhere. There was yoga practice on the deck and the amenities were great. Matteo's place is beautiful! The strong point is definitely the fact that it is in the center of Oderzo, a short walk from the square. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The villa is very well maintained and the furnishings were much appreciated. Both check-in and check-out were simple and flexible. Last treat, the breakfast that was provided in the morning.
