Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide just one guest's ID, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

The only apartment in the entire historic center of Venice that offers together: - the lift to the floor; - the concierge service; - the vaporetto stop at 30 meters, - the supermarket 20 meters away; - ramps on all bridges in the surroundings; - breathtaking views of the Giudecca canal.
