Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

Ceracavamo un posto tranquillo per ricaricarci e fare fotografie. La zona è splendida e la gente del posto è gentile, la casa è in una zona appartatata, molto vicina al mare, con una bella piazzetta davanti. Ely ci ha dato tantissime informazioni su dove mangiare ed è stata sempre pronta e gentile.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Facile d’accès, très bien situé à proximité de principaux lieux de visite. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. Le logement est agréable.

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Andrea met us from the water transfer and took us to the accommodation which was great . He explained everything about the property and gave lots of useful recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The house is immaculate and very quiet in an area that’s easy to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend staying here- we would definitely come back again. Thanks Andrea!

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Paolo. Bien équipé, confortable, spacieux, il est conforme aux photos et aux descriptions fournies par l'hôte. Il y a un escalier étroit a emprunter pour accéder à l'appartement, mais cela n'a pas été un problème avec nos valises et la poussette. Son emplacement, à 1 minute du Rialto et à 5 minutes de la place Saint-Marc, est un véritable atout. Paolo possède également un bar à quelques mètres, ce qui est très agréable pour boire un verre ou manger un petit déjeuner. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques. Nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cet appartement.

Nous avons passés 3 jours à Venise entre amis et nous avons adorés ce logement en plein centre. La terrasse était juste parfaite pour boire un Spritz au coucher du soleil ! Nous recommendons à 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vioricas apartment! Looked exactly like the photos and was in a perfect location. We could walk absolutely anywhere in Venice. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again. Viorica was always responsive and helped with any questions we had both before and during our stay.

Ca’ Manzoni is a delight! My sister and I adored the interior design, outdoor terrace and location. It was extremely easy to get to via water taxi followed by a short 10 minute walk (smaller bags are best, as there are a few bridges with steps as well as steps inside the building). Maria Vittoria sent easy-to-follow instructions a few days prior and Cristina kept in touch via text to greet us upon our arrival. Very organized. During our visit, an antiques market took place in the square right outside the building. We loved hearing the quiet chatter of the merchants from above and strolling through their stalls before venturing out. There was so much to explore within walking distance from the apartment. A plethora of restaurants nearby and always a gorgeous sight at every turn. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout shutters worked great. The washing machine has a rapid setting of 20 mins, which allowed us to wash, hang and go! I highly recommend. Jill

Great stay in Venice. Perfectly off the main area while still being central. The unit is spacious and everything worked fine.

Fra's home is so beautiful, even better than in puctures, and located perfectly in a quiet corner, yet within short walking distance to so many things. The balcony overlooking the canal is unbeatable, we had the fortune of lovely weather and had breakfast there in the mornings. Fra and her mother Marina were very helpful and responsive, the directions to find the place were easy to follow, we were very happy with our stay (and now dreaming of one day having a home at least remotely like that :)).

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Check-in and check-out was easy and simple. Code was sent about 40 minutes before check-in time. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. great space for 4 people, as was my group. Great house appliances and facilities. Host sent tips about getting around in the city. Location is near to supermarket (Alí and LIDL) and Mestre train station. Easy to reach Veneza by bus, at a fare of €1.50 (Buses 6 and 6L, about 20 minutes journey). Bus travels can easily be paid by contactless card or buying ticket at some point of sales (The host indicate one near the apartment). We had issues with shower water temperature, which was a bit unstable (mainly if many people have shower in sequence)

Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location for a first trip to Venice. Monica arranged our private water taxi to meet us at the train station, as well as take us to the airport. As first time visitors, that assistance was so appreciated and valuable. Fernando was onsite to help us get settled and to see us off at the dock. Location wise - what a truly magical location. Out of the front door is the Gritti Palace (where we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the Grand Canal). We easily walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax mid day. There are several recommendations available for restaurants (we went to several and enjoyed all meals). There’s a lovely bar for coffee and croissants very close. Everything was just easy, magical, and helped to make our trip so special.

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
