Monthly Rentals in Venezia

Elena's apartment is very well designed. Nothing is missing for a pleasant stay (very well-equipped kitchen, basic ingredients, umbrellas and sun hats to deal with all situations!). The decor is elegant (we really enjoyed the reproductions of paintings), guides and books are available. We're a long way from impersonal. We chose this neighborhood (West Dorsoduro) that we didn't know yet. We loved it! The calm, the authenticity, the small cafes and restaurants, the proximity of the Zattere which allows you to move around easily everywhere, the proximity also of Piazzale Roma (10 min) which avoids carrying suitcases through the city. Elena is extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks to her.

A real gem, superb location, high ceilings, very clean.

We had a lovely stay at Micaela's cosy and welcoming airbnb. We arrived late but Michaela was on hand to meet us which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is cosy, clean and ideal for a few nights' stay. Although it is on a ground floor it is very quiet at night and in the morning there are a few passersby but no disturbiung noise - quite the opposite in fact. The location is terrific. San Polo itself is a really lovely area with plenty of places to eat and drink and feels more an area for locals than tourists. The city ferry is a short walk away with access to all the sights. Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.
