Vacation rentals with breakfast in Venezia

Ons verblijf hier was echt geweldig, ontzettend genoten! De B&B is gevestigd in een rustigere buurt wat erg prettig is. De meeste bekende toeristische highlights zijn goed te lopen qua afstanden vanaf de B&B. Ontbijt kan vanaf 8 uur worden geserveerd. Dit word geserveerd op een klein karretje en word voor je deur gezet. Toen we hadden gevraagd of er in de stad een mogelijkheid was om te wassen gaf Antonella aan dat dat lastig kon worden op een zondag, ze stelde zelf voor dat zij onze was kon doen. Nogmaals, geweldige locatie en goede service! Ik zou zeker nog eens terug komen! :)

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

Mariangela è una Super HOST! Meravigliosa!!! Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine! Come stare a casa per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità davvero incredibili! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa, le camere sono ampie e splendide, ben organizzate, letto comodissimo e bagno in camera, TOP! Noale è un borgo fortificato bellissimo e strategico: vicino a tutto, da Venezia alle Dolomiti alle ville Palladiane ecc.. Per Venezia c’è un treno comodissimo attaccato a casa e in 20’ circa ci si arriva senza il problema del parcheggio (che è disponibile e gratuito nel giardino della villa!). Che dire? Grazie Mariangela, torneremo assolutamente e ogni volta sarà per un tour diverso in quel territorio straordinario!!🙏

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Von Anfang bis zum Ende des Urlaubs war Paola immer mit wertvollen Tipps für uns da. Sie und ihre Schwester Silvia sind soooo herzliche Gastgeberinnen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren tipptopp und in tadellosen Zustand. Wenn immer wir eine Frage hatten, hat Paola uns sofort hilfreich geantwortet mit ihrer so charmanten und gastfreundlichen Art. Das Frühstück, für das alles immer bereitstand, mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und leckerem Kaffee, Joghurt, Müsli und frischem Obst, ließ uns immer bestens in den Tag starten. Kurz gesagt: wie Urlaub bei Freunden ❤️❤️ Nach Treviso läuft man ca 13 Minuten, ab Bahnhof ist alles gut zu erreichen, Venedig in ca 35 Minuten mit dem Zug für 4€. Danke, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften 🙏🥰

Un bonheur de visiter cette ville en bénéficiant de ce superbe logement ! Un charmant appartement, très calme dans un quartier qui nous a permis de ressentir la vie des vénitiens. Proche des commerces, de différents arrêts de Vaporetto, de la verdure. Logement très bien équipé, avec une cafetière italienne appréciable, le canal, la décoration qui fait voyager, une riche bibliothèque dans différentes langues, la mezzanine cosy... Un hôte disponible, précis dans ces informations.

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise la merveilleuse. Diana est une hôte attentionnée. Nous avons reçus les indications sur l adresse et comment se rendre au logement bien avant notre arrivée. l'accueil était très sympathique avec des indications et plan offert. Petites attentions qui font plaisir. Notamment ce qu il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est bien situé. proche des lieu d attraction. une petite supérette et le marche à proximité. Je recommande vivement.

Francesca nous a attendu à la descente du bateau pour nous accompagner à la location. Elle a toujours été réactivé, très utile dans ses réponses et de bons conseils. La location est fidèle au descriptif, tout était impeccable.

Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, hat sich um alles gekümmert und bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen. Des Weiteren gab es viele gute und es wurde für das Wohlbefinden alles getan. Bei der späten Ankunft stand eine Oster-Überraschung (ein traditionelles Schokoladen-Ei) auf dem Esstisch und im Kühlschrank stand ein gekühlter Prosecco. Zudem gab es Toast, Eier, Schinken und Käse. Es gab eine Espressomaschine mit wirklich leckeren Espresso. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Frisches Duschgel, Shampoo sowie Handtücher gab es ebenfalls vom Gastgeber. Die Umgebung rund um das Apartment war unglaublich schön. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof betrug ca.15 Minuten. Ein schöner entspannter Spaziergang. Insgesamt ein großes DANKE und eine klare Empfehlung. Mehr Wohlfühlen geht nicht.

Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

La casa di Andrea ci è piaciuta molto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Fenice, San Marco e dal vaporetto. L'ambiente è accogliente e sopratutto molto pulito. Andrea è un host super attento e disponibile, le indicazione per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state davvero preziose. Lo consiglio!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marilia, de quoi petit déjeuner avait été placé dans les placards et le frigo ce qui était très appréciable De plus elle a également accepté de garder nos bagages avant que nous reprenions notre train Merci pour l’accueil, l’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les ruelles de Venise

We enjoyed the quiet location with a short walk to the main areas. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and roomy. Be prepared to go up four flights of stairs to reach it, but if you can do this, it’s worth it. We would definitely book this place again!

Stare da Elide è come stare a casa. Il BbB in effetti si compone di due stanze e un piccolo ingresso dove si trova la macchina del caffè e dove viene servita la colazione (che però deve consumarsi in camera perchè non c'è un tavolo o area colazione). La stanza è piccola (come scritto nella descrizione. Quella in cui ho alloggiato è ottima per una persona sola a mio avviso. Elide si prende cura degli ospiti e risponde a tutte le richieste ed esigenze. Per me è un valore aggiunto stare "davvero" a casa di qualcuno e non in grosse strutture o finte case adibite solo ad affitti turistici. Dipende da cosa si cerca!

Notre séjour chez Antonio à été très agréable. Son appartement est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à côté du grand canal. Antonio à ete très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Merci !!!

Probably one of our best AirBnB experiences. Anna Paola is an amazing host, the place is beautiful, and breakfast was epic. We were 12 minutes away from the main parking in Venice, making the visit a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

L'alloggio era molto ordinato ed estremamente pulito. Stefania è stata sempre premurosa ed attenta nei miei confronti. La località è tranquilla e silenziosa. La posizione però è più indicata per chi ha la disponibilità di un'autovettura. Il bagno, confortevole e pulitissimo, sebbene ad uso esclusivo, si trova fuori dalla camera ma adiacente. unico piccolo neo, almeno per me che ne faccio uso prima di addormentarmi, era l'assenza di una TV in camera. Il giudizio complessivo è però ampiamente positivo.

Notre séjour chez Alessandro a été parfait. L'accueil dès le matin est très pratique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Alessandro mais il est réactif par message. La chambre est spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le jacuzzi est très sympa pour se détendre le soir. Petit déjeuner très bon. Plein de petites attentions et recommandations qui font la différence !

Francesca's room was located off the main island of Venice, so we needed to use the water bus service to get around. However, Francesca provided clear and detailed instructions on how to use the water bus and where to buy full-day passes, which made it easy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we especially loved the towel warmer. She also gave us great local recommendations for dining and must-see attractions during our stay. It was a nice bonus getting to meet her adorable cats too!
