Vacation rentals with breakfast in Venezia

Our stay here was really great, really enjoyed! The B&B is located in a quieter neighborhood which is very pleasant. Most well-known tourist highlights are easy to walk in terms of distances from the B&B. Breakfast can be served from 8 am. This is served on a small cart and will be put at your door. When we asked if there was a possibility to wash in the city, Antonella indicated that that could be difficult on a Sunday, she suggested that she could do our laundry. Again, great location and good service! I would definitely come back! :)

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

I had a wonderful stay at Mariangela’s place! She is an exceptional host - warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. The house is spotless and beautifully kept, and the room was just perfect: clean, cosy, and with a very comfortable bed. Noale is such a charming little, peaceful town. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

We had a pleasant stay at Anna's place. She is very welcoming and cheerful. The Lido district is quiet and relaxing, appreciable after the hustle and bustle of Venice. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was well enjoyed.

It's a pleasure to visit this city and enjoy this beautiful place! A charming apartment, very quiet in a neighborhood that allowed us to feel the life of the Venetians. Close to shops, different stops in Vaporetto, greenery. Very well-equipped accommodation, with an appreciable Italian coffee maker, the canal, the decoration that makes you travel, a rich library in different languages, the cozy mezzanine... An available host, accurate in this info.

Exceptional experience! The house is perfectly cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with all amenities, including breakfast and basic necessities. In addition to enjoying tranquility and absolute peace, the location of the house allows you to easily reach Venice and Padua by car. Sara was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.

The flat was in every way as described. Ideally located close to everything but not on a noisy street. DIANA was very welcoming, flexible on schedules and even offered a solution to put our five-month-old daughter to sleep. She recommended the RESTAURANTS and provided us with a map. A super high very friendly, I will come back with great pleasure

Francesca waited for us at the boat's descent to accompany us to the rental. She was always responsive, very helpful in her answers and good advice. The rental is true to the description, everything was impeccable.

Adriano is an amazing host. He was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. He even stocked the fridge with some basics! The place is walkable to all of the sites of Venice..best get your walking shoes on. It was a perfect place for the 3 of us. It was cozy and felt like home! Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Venice, the apartment location is amazing, right in one of the best streets and 2 min walk from San Marcos. It is magical to stay in that location. The apartment has exactly what you need. I would love to come back!

We had a pleasant stay at Marilia's, breakfast had been placed in the cupboards and fridge which was very much appreciated In addition, she also agreed to keep our luggage before we took our train. Thank you for hosting us, the apartment is very well located for visiting the alleys of Venice

We loved our stay at Tetti. The apartment is in a fabulous location. All the main attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Also an easy walk from the water ferries. The apartment was in a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The apartment was beautifully presented and equipped with all amenities you would require! After travelling for some time we decided to eat in one night and the kitchen had all the essential cooking items needed. A bottle of Prosecco provided by the host was much appreciated! The heating in the apartment was great, making it a cosy retreat in the rainy weather! We will definitely be recommending this stay to family and friends! Grazie mille Guido and Christina!

Staying at Elide's is like staying at home. The BbB actually consists of two rooms and a small entrance where the coffee machine is located and where breakfast is served (which, however, must be consumed in the room because there is no table or breakfast area). The room is small (as written in the description. The one I stayed in is great for one person in my opinion. Elide takes care of guests and responds to all requests and needs. For me, it's an added value to "really" be in someone's home and not in large facilities or fake houses used only for tourist rentals. Depends on what you're looking for!

Very nice, relaxed ambiance. Ideal as a base for Venice visitors. Short walk (10 minutes) to the ferry (Terminal Fusina) and good value for money.

Antonio was great! Very helpful and friendly and breakfast was great to have!

Very nice B&B with a very friendly family. Howard was beautiful and spotless clean with a nice small garden/terase where we were welcomed to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was also very good and varied with eggs, toast, home made Italian salads, butter, jams, fresh fruits and large variety of sweet patisseries. Also good Italian coffee, milk, yogurt and orange juice was served. Position was very good with private parking included and immediate proximity to the direct bus to Venice (45 min by bus till Piazza Roma). The only inconvenient is that there was no wardrobe or closet available for us, everything being already filled with clothes and other things of the host, so we needed to keep everything in our bags. However we only stayed 2 days so it was not such a big inconvenience, but for a longer stay that might be frustrating.
