The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Had a lovely stay in Fort Kochi! The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, cafes, and the beach. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay.

I booked this place with my friends to give a surprise birthday party for our friend. The River View hut and ambience was just spectacular which just made the birthday celebration memorable. The very advantage of this Airbnb property is private place away from city hustles, but near to the Edapally city.

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Bicycles were provided, which was a lovely touch — we enjoyed riding around the area and exploring the surroundings at our own pace. The place is also easily accessible by road, so getting there wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen comes with all the basic utensils you’d need for cooking, but do keep in mind that condiments and spices aren't provided. So if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Seascapes is a really peaceful spot for small gatherings. Had two rooms with full cooking amenities and everything was well-organized. The host and caretaker were extremely responsive. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location appears to be precisely as shown. The entire house was clean, organized, and well-kept. We may relax on the beachfront in front of the house and watch the beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to unwind and spend time with friends.
