Beachfront vacation rentals in Varkala

I had a great stay here, Aleena and Bijoy were great hosts and very responsive and approachable! Also, the vibe of the property and room tuned out to be better in person. The location is lovely, 5mins walk to the beach and loads of good eateries by the beach that operate till late night, 5-10mins drive from the airport too. It sure can get a little confusing and inconvenient because vehicles can’t come in after a certain point on the street as it gets too narrow, they do help you with the luggage, but we had an early morning flight, so we had to walk to the main street with our luggage to board our cab. This info is just to make the readers aware to prepare accordingly, we didn’t mind it because we were really happy with our stay.

Silent valley is a beautiful peaceful location and Hannah is a great host. She was so helpful in organising early airport transport, laundry and Yoga classes and even walked me to the taxi when I left. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet location for yoga/ meditation or healing

Had a wonderful stay with family and friends. All details in tact with the description given in the website. Good clean spacious rooms. Never felt away from home and ample parking space. Ot would have been better if provided bath towels and washing machine also to be repaired as we had problems with it. Other than these everything perfect.

Loved the stay at Shivani’s place. Odyam beach is like 5-10mins , the area is very calm and pleasant. Airbnb is easily accessible to North cliff and multiple locations. Totally loved staying here felt like a home for us and the price was a steel deal. Would love coming back here again very soon.

Anitha's Garden Stay is a nice place. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and it is exactly as described. WiFi works fine. Breakfast is simple but food is fresh and yummy. I do recommend it and I wouldn't mind staying there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Junaid ( care taker) was the best, we were allowed to even check in early. the location is epic. loved it

The highlight of our trip to Trivandrum was the time we spent at this straight-out-of-a-painting property. We were six of us including our dog, who had the time of her life playing fetch on the sprawling coconut tree meadow that surrounds the house. The house itself is large, yet cosy and the pictures barely do justice to the view of the sea that it offers. Our caretaker Ujjal is exactly like how all the other reviews describe him: kind and helpful. He made us breakfast on all three days. His aloo parantha and idli sambar stood out for us. We were lucky to have stayed here and made memories that we’ll all cherish for a long, long time.

I felt at home immediately am so grateful to stay with Prema and Sanjiv. They welcomed me in to new year festivities and are so kind and peaceful. All fabulous facilities and friendship. I truly appreciate having water therapy sessions with Prema and space in the yoga shells to practise. Hoping to come again next year.

William's place is a great find! My friends and I loved everything about this place! The location and amenities were top, and the staff made our visit to Varkala all the more wonderful!

It was a super cozy stay. Close to the beaches and restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

the experience was marvelous, every thing is their n easy to reach wether it's beach or cliff the rooms r well clean n everything is available, view from rooms r breadth taking service is superior level , staff is polite n humble everything is damn good, if u find a space here just go for it , it is worthy of every penny u pay ☺️

The suite was exceptional, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. The room's appearance precisely matched the provided photographs. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and readily available to assist with any needs. Getting to Edava Beach was easy from the property. The only downside was some drunk people hanging around the entrance and staring which was a bit annoying when we walked to the beach.

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

The place is a resort named coconut cove. They got beautiful beach views and super clean spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We had an excellent tasty breakfast which was prepared fresh. We all loved the food and the great ambience of the place. The rooms were very nice and all the amenities were provided as mentioned. I am gonna recommend this place to my family and friends for sure

Tira Resort, hosted by Jishad, is an absolute gem! The sea-facing view is stunning, perfect for sunset lovers. The accommodation is spacious, cozy, and comes with a private plunge pool that adds a touch of luxury. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Jishad and his team are exceptional hosts, always attentive and welcoming. Everything about the stay was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

The property was very relaxing with a great view of the sea. Mr. Rajan was very helpful with everything.

Five stars for the views! If you are looking for a serene morning views and ocean sounds at night, this is the place. We booked the entire home with two bedrooms. It was easy to communicate with the contact and care taker, Vinod. He is at the property and is very helpful. The location of the actual home which is through a 5 star beachfront resort and requires a good 10 min walk/hike. We had kids and we did not mind walking. Place is worth the visit. Thiruvananthapuram port which is among the largest port is visible on the far right from the property but it did not bother us. I would highly recommend the property. Vinod and team served us warm breakfast in the morning. With some arrangement, you have access to the 5 star resort. We were there for the Christmas Eve and were able to attend a fancy Christmas Eve party entertainment although we did not pay for it. Vinod can explain better how they made that arrangement. Vinod arranged to take care of our four large luggage.

Babu's property is located extremely close to the cliff, making communication quite easy. Everything was at a walkable distance. The room was also quite good with all necessary amenities. The host and caretakers were extremely helpful, helping us out with anything we needed. They also have bikes for rent, which helped us in exploring Varkala. The property itself had a wonderful charm to it, making the stay an unique experience. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Varkala.

Cozy space for me and my family after our wedding week. The beach is super close which made it worth it. Eva was helpful and flexible. Would visit again.

Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!
