Very comfortable and well located place, super close to the pedestrian street right above the cliff. Rajeev is a very kind and helpful host as well !

I had a very good stay here – the place is easily accessible and truly feels like a home away from home. The host was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

I really enjoyed staying at Deepa’s Airbnb. It was close to South Cliff Beach, which was amazing—empty and peaceful. For food, you may have to travel a bit, so keep that in mind if you don’t plan on cooking at the house. You can walk from South Cliff to North Cliff. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The good side: Was quite comfortable overall. Kitchen was usable. Host was responsive and the place is quiet. Close to temple and easy access to autos as well. Liked the house's portico area and the garden. The not so good side (no complaints from me): The place is away from the 'happening' areas of Varkala. No veg eat outs at walkable distance but I had a car, the entry to the house from parking was dark - host is aware of it and said it will be taken care. Overall experience has been good

Would totally recommend this property on budget for a peaceful stay. Stayed in the property for 4 days. Hygiene is top-notch and the entire property radiates peace with a beautiful garden. For people who are looking for a peaceful stay in Varkala this is the best option for the budget which is on the south clif. There are few amazing cafes nearby too, likely less crowded and not noisy. About our host, Gave us our safe space and was always responsibly responsive for any queries we had. Great human! Much love!

I'm writing this review based on my experience I had.. I stayed for 2 days and it was a great experience. Our host Riyas is a very kind and helpful host. He helped us from the check in and till the entire stay. Good hospitality... Great local recommendations, available all the time, clarified our queries with very patience. Overall it's a highly recommended place if you visit Varkala with your friends or family. The property is located very close to the beach so that you can spend your mornings and evenings. Try it

Very nice place and kind host, if you need anything she will provide. 8min walk from the beach, close to Sarwaa coffee with a wonderful sea view. Highly recommend!
