All around a great Airbnb and a great host! We really liked that Nicola was super flexible when checking in and out and he didn't have to be there. The recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were also very well selected! If we had any questions, we were answered within a very short time. The location was exactly as described in the pictures, a wonderful view with a cottage in a private and cozy location! We'd love to come back!

Great location and astonishing views. Ideal place for a New Year’s Eve as you can enjoy amazing fireworks from the jacuzzi, this is something truly magical. Can’t recommend this place enough as it was a really special and spectacular experience.

This place to stay is a great place to stay. You can really relax here and enjoy the great view and the sauna/hot tub. Of course, no excessive luxury in this accommodation, but that has its charm. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and we made great use of her tips. In addition to arranging delicious honey for us from a local beekeeper, we also got a few delicious pizzas👍. This listing and host are definitely recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at Carlo’s place! The setting is spectacular and exactly as described! Only heads up if that it’s a little difficult to find and wouldn’t recommend without a car but it’s well worth the journey! Place was spotless and we really enjoyed our trip to Lake Como- will definitely be back!

Host available and flexible on arrival time. Very warm and friendly welcome. Breathtaking view and very nice heated pool. Cozy home that has all the essentials and more… Clean and very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Rodolpho for the special touches (breakfast, snacks and aperitif…). Unique location! We left the car a 5-minute walk away and Rodolpho drove us to the house (very narrow road). Unique experience ideal for disconnecting from the world! We'll be happy to go back and this time with the sun!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

We stayed with pleasure for a few days in Elena's place. Great location, you leave the house with skis! Perfect for mountain lovers. To reach the house we used Elena's contact, Mr. Abele took us to the house with a vehicle suitable for the road conditions that is closed to transit. The Cabin is in great condition, despite secluded it has all the comforts. The chairlift is a short walk away with a slight but feasible difference. Beautiful evening with incredible stars in an almost surreal silence for those who are not used to it. I think we'll be back.

We found this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere and it‘s the perfect cozy stay before / after a long hike. Jana provided us with the option to get dinner and breakfast in the restaurant next door and the homemade and freshly cooked food was just amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough! We‘ll definitely be back to try more hikes nearby and enjoy the beautiful nature. Thanks a lot Jana & Joel

I recently stayed at Alice's House, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The house boasts an absolutely stunning view, far surpassing what the photos can capture. Every morning, waking up to such a breathtaking panorama was a highlight of our stay. The house itself is impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Nicola, the owner, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions for everything we needed and offered fantastic recommendations for local activities and attractions. His hospitality truly made our visit special. Alice's House is perfect for large families, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. We brought our dog along, and there was ample space outside for him to play and explore. The surrounding area is rich with nature and offers a variety of interesting things to do and see. I highly recommend Alice's House to everyone.

Our time with Luca and Claudia in Ramponio was wonderful. This place is very special and nature is very good. Luca and Claudia are so incredibly friendly and we had a great time together. Our little son (3 years old) felt very comfortable and we all would have liked to have stayed there. The cottage is very lovingly furnished with everything you need. We were able to cook well there and were able to take care of ourselves. The presence of the animals on the property is something very special and our son loved it very much to look up from the balcony in the morning to see if the ponies were already awake. Giordano was a very friendly host and helped us get to the cabin, as unfortunately our SUV had problems on arrival. He welcomed us in a familiar way and we felt right at home. Due to the remote location, it is the perfect place to escape all stress and simply switch off. The hiking and cycling region is stunningly beautiful! Glad to come back.

Our stay at Daniele’s house was fantastic. The home and furnishings are brand new, offering plenty of space and all the essential kitchen amenities. We also appreciated having access to a washing machine downstairs. The location is wonderfully peaceful, with no direct neighbors, ensuring complete tranquility. While the nearby towns aren’t particularly exciting, the stunning lake and numerous hiking trails just a short drive away more than make up for it. The only drawback is the lack of WiFi, but despite this, we (a family with a young child) highly recommend staying at Daniele’s house!

Bright cottage in large manicured garden with plants and flowers in a quiet and peaceful area. Gabriella welcomed us very well and provided us with all the necessary information for the use of the various appliances. We had a great time and will definitely be back

The house is beautiful and the garden is very practical with a toddler. Mosè has just put up a sign at the end of the street, so the place should now be easy to find. The parking space is right in front of this sign. We really enjoyed the vacation and would book the place again immediately.

alessandros rustico is a beautiful place. very spacious , super comfortable. it has a amazing view and is very quite. there are plenty of nice walks to do. the farmers futher up in the mountains make very good cheese. it is only about 7 min walk to the car. but for the dirt road you need a good car with enough space under the body. we love to come back

One of the best experiences. The house is really wonderful. Finely renovated, with great care for elements and materials. Very spacious kitchen, ideal meeting place also for pre/post dinner and definitely well supplied with appliances and utensils (even Sanelli knives, like ours). We stayed for 3 days of skiing, so we didn't take advantage of the garden, but it turns out to be a fantastic outdoor space for the summer. Access to the ground floor is very convenient for leaving jackets, shoes and helmets. The bathrooms are comfortable and functional, with comfortable and spacious showers, especially for those like us who have children to shower at the end of the day. Antonio is a thoughtful, helpful, very attentive and extremely responsive Host. Convenient and clear self check-in access, with a nice video guide with which it is impossible not to find the access, in the pedestrian area. From the house we walked to the Snow Eagle, with a 10-minute walk, leaving the equipment at the slopes. To be repeated!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It has a wonderful view and is slightly outside the town. The home is spacious and comfortable for the four of is, but it will probably be quite crowded with more. Thanks for having us!

dream weekend, wonderful cabin with attention to detail, lovely place, we also took advantage of the outdoor space by having a barbecue in the garden, I highly recommend it to everyone! we are a family of 3 people we have a 1 year old girl and we had all the comforts of this world! cabin a bit expensive but it's worth all the money I gave it! it was too big for 3 people! we had a great time thanks to Nicola for his availability, professionalism and friendliness. see you soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. After a really warm welcome, we drove together to the butterfly house. The narrow, steep and short driveway already suggested that we would enter a natural world. About 100 m on foot and we had arrived. The house and garden are fantastic. Designed with love and you immediately had the feeling of a beautiful home. Nearby are beautiful lakes and villages that are easily accessible by car. Simona and Ivan are excellent, responsive and attentive hosts and made our vacation even more enjoyable with their warmth. If you want to take a break from the "busy life," this is the place to be. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.

We had a wonderful holiday. We actually didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. The view is unique and this tranquility is really great. Everything went great ☺️
