Great place to spend a holiday in peace and quiet! The host, Damiano, and the keeper, Fabrizio, are super friendly. Fabrizio helped a lot answering all our questions and providing all necessary instructions during the check in, also advising local places for sightseeing, grocery stores etc.. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and colleagues and thinking to return back there in summer time.

The house and the property are an absolute dream. It is completely fenced, which was great for us with a dog. It was clean and the location absolutely fantastic - as shown in the pictures. Gino as a host is absolutely great, he responded quickly to every question and organized everything very well. Absolutely recommended!!!!!!!! Thank you, we'll be back for sure!

We stayed at the farm for a family Christmas. Homes and spaces have largely exceeded all guests' expectations. All rooms have a bathroom, and the kitchen is exceptional, equipped with everything. The table had been prepared with care and style, and there was ample space for the kids to play. The common spaces are even equipped with a fireplace and outside there is a garden with some games. The patio, sunny in the morning, has white chairs. Giovanna was welcoming and kind in meeting all our questions or requests and the place is really special. Highly recommended.

Hard to describe how beautiful it is in this accommodation. You immediately feel at home. With a lot of love for detail, nothing is missing. Romantic hours in the whirlpool. Watch the stars in the glass dome or just a few minutes' walk away in the cool water by the river. Exceptionally beautiful and highly recommended. We will be happy to come back. We loved this little spot. It's near a campsite and you are right on the lake and have direct assess to the water. This little cottage in front of a lakeside path and you can walk to many excellent restaurants, as well as two grocery stores. You're on the lake, not on the street, so it was very quite. We were there at the end of September, so the weather was still nice, but most the tourists were gone. Rita was very welcoming. We had everything we needed. We needed two twin beds, and that's what they had. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it has its own pool which we didn't use, but would have loved too. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing villa right on the lake - the view is breathtaking, and we had a wonderful stay. You can have a swim in the lake at any hour, and it’s 200m from the center of three village of Lierna - so really convenient! The villa is ideal for 6 people but can welcome up to 8. The design inside is quite … unusual but charming and very ‘rococo’ Andrea has been a fantastic host and was always extremely reactive, nice and helpful. I would love to come back next year !

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

A very nice week spent with the family in the heights and freshness (welcome!) of Lake Como and the beautiful city of Varenna. The place is located in a natural setting. We were surprised to discover a hot tub! The exteriors are very nice and well equipped ( garden furniture, sun loungers) . The interior is very as described. A good location to explore Lake Como by day. we also spent a day in Milan taking the train to Varenna. Patrizia was very responsive to any inquiries.

We had a wonderful time at Monica's vacation home! Ten days of peace, nature and a view that simply inspires. The cottage is simple but decorated with a lot of love – just the way we like it. We very much appreciated the pleasant climate in the house and especially the evenings with the owl, which accompanied us to sleep with its call, were magical. Our dog felt just as comfortable as we did. Brenzone itself is fantastically beautiful – pleasantly quiet in the spring, with charming places and great opportunities for excursions. The path to the house is steep, but Monica and her dear family welcomed us so warmly and helped with the luggage that we immediately felt well taken care of. A place to breathe, arrive and let go. We would come back anytime!

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

A great stay in a very charming apartment with a great host. The location is wonderful, a steep but short walk down to the centre of Bellano, with decent bars and restaurants in walking distance. Percival was very accommodating, responded rapidly and was able to share tips for the local area. A truly beautiful spot and a rare treat to have a private garden with such a stunning view

Everything was to your complete satisfaction. The view from the garden and from the balcony is magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is nice and spacious for 4 adults and a huge dog. The bed was very comfortable. We did not find the house ( according to the address) right away...I was already surprised on Google Maps when I entered via albonico 2. This address is a few hundred meters away...but ultimately everything found 👍 we found the peace after a sightseeing day just wonderful. We can 100% recommend the house!

Dear Deborah, thank you for the great time in this beautiful cottage. I was able to enjoy the short break to the fullest. The view from the terrace is outstanding! 😊 I felt very comfortable and above all welcome from the beginning. This accommodation is absolutely recommended! The contact with the landlords was very friendly and warm from the beginning. No question remained unanswered. I got great tips for hikes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house start great hiking trails, among other things, to two waterfalls! Thank you for the great time! 🤗

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!

Giulia and her grandfather who welcomed us are incredibly warm and friendly people who are also far beyond the usual courtesies for their guests. We felt very well taken care of and all (very few) open questions were answered immediately. (Yes, the parking place in front of the house is safe. And the way to the delicious restaurants was quickly and easily explained.) The area is stunningly beautiful and if you like to be in nature, you will find everything your heart desires here. Whether cozy evening by the fireplace (already prepared by the Nonno) or hikes directly from the house ("attention" - a wonderful mountain bike trail starts right behind the house); in the secluded quiet location you will quickly find the peace and relaxation that the place promises. Giulia is absolutely uncomplicated and accommodating. I would say this has been the most beautiful Airbnb stay so far.

We felt very comfortable in Maura's stone house from the beginning! The house is unique. It has so much charm and every detail is lovingly chosen! The house is perfectly equipped, we lacked nothing! My husband and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed stay at Davide’s place. The villa was very spacious and private with a wonderful outdoor sitting room and kitchen (with same indoors). Everything we needed was available on arrival - water, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories, etc., Porlezza is a gorgeous walkable town beside stunning Lake Lugano. Highly recommended!

A warm and natural place 🙂

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

We stayed here for a cycling trip, 30 minutes from the Stelvio and 10 minutes from the Mortirole. Perfect outdoor area and very peaceful neighborhood. The place is close to the Vallteline wineries and within an hour drive from Como lake. The house was perfect, equiped with 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen it fulfilled all our needs. Would recommend.

Perfect location. 2 minutes from the city, yet uphill in a quiet place in nature with a magical view. Clean and cozy house. Beautiful yard. We had a great time!
