Central Local Flat
Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

New Studio Blitzen central
Fully renovated (in 2023) and downtown studio, named Blitzen, is located in Haus Gornera. It is ideal for 2 or 3 people (32 square meters). Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Modern and Cozy Apartment in Chalet Bambi
The chalet lies a little above the village. It takes about 15 minutes by foot from the train station and is partly steep!! If you have big luggage (skis,boots..) it’s best to take a taxi from the train station to Haus AIOLOS (Sfr. 26.—)! From Haus AIOLOS it’s another 3-4 minutes (90steps)!! IMPORTANT: to go skiing is real easy from the apartment. We’ll show you a shortcut path that takes you in 5 minutes ( all flat/no stairs)to Sunegga lift or the ski bus station!!

Welcome to this charming 1 1/2-room attic apartment in the heart of Zermatt, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the world-famous Matterhorn. The apartment is flooded with light, extremely beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: quiet yet very centrally located. Mountain railways and the village center with its diverse shopping opportunities and first-class restaurants are within walking distance.

Bright studio with a great view
Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

Peaceful and charming studio with a partial view to the Matterhorn. Nicely located at 4 minutes walking from Sunnegga lift. It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!

6 minutes from the train station, this luxurious accommodation is close to all major attractions, making planning your stay incredibly easy. Ski bus: 20 m Waste disposal: 20 m Supermarket: 200 m (3 min) Sunnegga ski lift: 400 m (5 min) Located on the 3rd floor. No elevator! You can store your luggage before and after your stay in a small corridor or in the ski room. Zermatt is car-free‼️

The Apartment is a cozy 3.5-room attic apartement (70m2) and offers space for 4 people. The Casa Blanca has a convenient ski room located at the entrance to the house.
