Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped kitchen open onto a spacious living area and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. NOTE: Fireplace is out of action until further notice. (Glass broken). We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. We offer a 10 % discount on flights for guests.

Chalet Calmis - amazing view of the Matterhorn
Our Chalet Calmis was built in 2014. It’s a modern wooden Chalet and it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village Zermatt. It’s a 7-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is our vacation home which we furnished and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. The apartment has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. We ourselves live in Zurich. Calmis is our second home and we are very much looking forward to welcome you very soon.

The apartment is flooded with light, extremely beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: quiet yet very centrally located. Mountain railways and the village center with its diverse shopping opportunities and first-class restaurants are within walking distance.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.
