The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

Newly built house, approx. 160 square meters, in a central, quiet location, near the spa park. Downtown and shopping are within minutes on foot. Train station in just 10 minutes (800 m). Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
