La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y menesteres pertinentes (vitrocerámica, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, lavadora, cafetera “Nespresso”, utensilios de cocina, menaje, vajilla, cubertería, copas, etc.). Aún al mismo nivel, hallamos un dormitorio con cama doble, el vestidor hecho a medida de madera de roble y un baño. El baño es completo (incluye bidet) y una ducha efecto lluvia a ras de suelo.
