Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. El sitio está en La Floresta, a 600 metros de la estación de Ferrocarril y a menos de 20 minutos de tren de la Rambla ( Plaza de Cataluña ). Attractions: Collserola Natural Park near Barcelona. My place is located in the historic center of the city, near the train station (Renfe and Ferrocarriles ), with easy bus connections with Barcelona. My accommodation is good for couples, and business travelers . The apartment has a garden with a table and some chairs. There is the possibility of parking for 10 euros per day.
