Relax in a studio, full of color and very comfortable, and its large terrace overlooking the hills of the Valley of Albaida. In front of the studio are the old schools built in 1930, which house the municipal library and the museum of singer Nino Bravo and in front of you find the splendid Paseo del Ensanche. A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.
