Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

We had a great stay at Nuria and Salvador's apartment. It meets all of our criteria as travelers, above all the tranquility of the area and the apartment itself. Nuria and Salvador are simply the best hosts we have met. They are very hospitable and have thought of everything in the apartment to make us feel at home. In fact it felt like our second home and we would gladly return if there is an opportunity. The area itself is extremely quiet in winter time and the beach is just a stone's throw away. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay.

Genial y de lo mejor que he podido encontrar en relación calidad/precio. La única pega es que el garaje no estaba en el mismo edificio pero al menos tenía, así que genial.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Great comfortable apartment right near a beautiful beach with many restaurants. Naty was a great help. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled. She provided advice about the local area and checked back a few times during our stay.

We have wonderful one month stay in the peaceful and sunny place. Easy take bus and train to everywhere. Mr. Antonio always reply my questions quickly and helpful. He pick us up at Cullera train station and introduce the house details for us. We feel sadly leave here because it's comfortable like our home. Thanks so much for Juan.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end chez Rafael. Nous avons apprécié le cadre et la propreté de l’appartement qui était très fonctionnel. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous étions avec notre bébé et Rafael nous a mis à disposition un lit parapluie, une chaise et baignoire bébé. Merci ☺️

Thank you for an amazing stay. The communication from Katie and Leon leading up to the trip was great. Check in was easy and we really appreciated being met by Leon who was really friendly and gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location to move around the city. We definitely recommend!

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at this home in Valencia — from the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and very safe, which made it incredibly easy to settle in and relax. The apartment itself is beautiful — bright, spacious, and completely barrier-free. It’s perfectly suited for any kind of guest, including families or individuals with special needs. Everything inside was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials we could possibly need. The location was another big plus — just a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous city center. We really enjoyed being close to everything while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. A special shoutout to the apartment assistant, who gave us the warmest welcome. He took the time to show us how everything worked, explained the public transport options, and gave us a few tips. Big thanks 😊

Wie haben zwei schöne Wochen erlebt. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hätte hatte einen Wohlfuhlcharakter. Das frühstücken auf der Terrasse und einige Male das Abendessen waren einfach super schön mit diesem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Magali war immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Erlinde für das Willkommensgeschenk und das wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Anna Maria was a wonderful host. Her place is very well appointed with higher end finishes. It was spotless and everything smelled so good. The location is right in the heart of the town center, which makes walking to everything so easy, with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. She graciously provided many restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. It is worth the price tag for the location, quality and top-notch hospitality.

Espectacular, tanto el alojamiento como la anfitriona Silvia. Muy fácil de llegar gracias a las explicaciones que nos dijo y sobretodo consejos y recomendaciones sobre la zona. Ideal para parejas ya que la estancia es maravillosa y se puede disfrutar de un fin de semana en nuestro caso de relax.

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Thoroughly reccommend this apartment. Everything you could want, spacious and clean. Generally very quiet (Sarurday nights are more lively in the area and the rubbish collection seems to happen daily in the mornings around 7am). Location is great for getting around with metro and bus stops within walking distance. Communication with Oscar is very good and he is very helpful. There is an app to download to open the street and apartment doors but the details are well comunicated so no problem so long as you have a smart phone with battery/data/reception. Would stay here again.

Without question, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in which made for a perfect family holiday. Walkable to Denia but we got taxis for convenience and speed after fun packed days. Lift access from the secure basement parking was great. Our daughter braved the pool which I suspect will be more appealing in the warmer months. Absolutely spotless and incredibly well presented, our expectations were exceeded and with the extra we paid for the hot tub, it was worth every penny. The views were incredible in all directions. Everything screams high end and you can see no expense has been spared in delivering such lovely accommodation. For a couple of cosy family nights in front of the telly, we lapped up the cinema style experience with the huge TV and sound system. A couple of minor niggles cropped up which were dealt with extremely quickly and professionally by Jordi personally, a lovely guy, and his amazing team. Would we book again? 100%. Thanks again Jordi and team.

Een gezellig recent gerenoveerde studio, gelegen op het gelijkvloers en laat dit je zeker niet tegenhouden. Voldoende privé en goede geluidswerende ramen houden het stadsgeluid buiten. Op enkele meters van een fietsverhuur, verschillende eetlocaties voor alle tijden van de dag, supermarktjes alsook een mercado zijn allemaal in de buurt.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!
