Fantastic house, current, with all amenities (with everything you need and more), very bright and super clean. Great views from the wonderful terrace where you can eat, enjoy and relax overlooking the sea. Second beach line but a super quiet area with all the amenities next door (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Parking at the door. And not least, super special treatment by Merche, the owner, pending and in contact with the guests at all times, we appreciate your good recommendations and concern for making us the most pleasant stay. Definitely the best choice for your Cullera vacation.

We had a great stay at Nuria and Salvador's apartment. It meets all of our criteria as travelers, above all the tranquility of the area and the apartment itself. Nuria and Salvador are simply the best hosts we have met. They are very hospitable and have thought of everything in the apartment to make us feel at home. In fact it felt like our second home and we would gladly return if there is an opportunity. The area itself is extremely quiet in winter time and the beach is just a stone's throw away. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay.

Great and the best I've been able to find in terms of quality/price. The only downside is the garage wasn't in the building but at least it had, so great.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Great comfortable apartment right near a beautiful beach with many restaurants. Naty was a great help. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled. She provided advice about the local area and checked back a few times during our stay.

We have wonderful one month stay in the peaceful and sunny place. Easy take bus and train to everywhere. Mr. Antonio always reply my questions quickly and helpful. He pick us up at Cullera train station and introduce the house details for us. We feel sadly leave here because it's comfortable like our home. Thanks so much for Juan.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check-out time so we could organize ourselves well with the kids. We would definitely go back.

Everything inside was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials we could possibly need. The location was another big plus — just a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous city center. Anna Maria was a wonderful host. Her place is very well appointed with higher end finishes. It was spotless and everything smelled so good. The location is right in the heart of the town center, which makes walking to everything so easy, with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. She graciously provided many restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. It is worth the price tag for the location, quality and top-notch hospitality.

Nice appartment close to the centre of Oliva and 1km from the beach

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

Spectacular, both the accommodation and the host Silvia. Very easy to get to thanks to the explanations he gave us and above all tips and recommendations about the area. Ideal for couples as the stay is wonderful and you can enjoy a weekend, in our case, relaxing.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Thoroughly reccommend this apartment. Everything you could want, spacious and clean. Generally very quiet (Sarurday nights are more lively in the area and the rubbish collection seems to happen daily in the mornings around 7am). Location is great for getting around with metro and bus stops within walking distance. Communication with Oscar is very good and he is very helpful. There is an app to download to open the street and apartment doors but the details are well comunicated so no problem so long as you have a smart phone with battery/data/reception. Would stay here again.

A cozily recently renovated studio, located on the ground floor and certainly don't let this stop you. Plenty of private and good soundproof windows keep the city noise out. A few meters from a bike rental, various dining locations for all times of the day, supermarkets as well as a mercado are all nearby.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

We 100% recommend staying the night. The responsible person is super helpful and in every detail. Don't miss the view from the room, wake you up and see the river with nature is priceless. The room is super aesthetic, it's in every detail and has quality products. The Jacuzzi works out of 10! And it's super relaxing, the bed comfy and the quilts too. I love they leave you some blankets to go to the balcony and cover you from the cold. I really enjoyed getting up to have coffee and read a book with the sun giving me in the balcony chairs.. the river in the background and obvious with the blanket on ✨ Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back! One of the nicest apartments we have ever rented! There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Everything was available, clean and we felt very comfortable. The bus takes you to the city center, the tram to the beach. Just around the corner is a supermarket. It may not be super central, but it is very quiet. Highly recommend!
