Lovely place, very comfortable bed, small but cosy place, with open bedroom and kitchenette/bathroom well fitted out with everything you need and lounge/conservatory area along the front side facing very quiet country road leading to horse riding center with beautiful mountain/hills views and sea in distance.

Our stay at Old Forge was a truly wonderful experience. It is in a peaceful and beautiful location with incredible views. We felt safe and comfortable. The space had what we needed for our 10-day stay. It is within a fairly quick drive to a couple of towns and many nearby historical sites and other experiences. There were helpful notes in the house with information but nothing that interrupted our experience. The hosts were very communicative, ensuring we had all information needed, responding to questions promptly, and sharing local suggestions. Each morning, we enjoyed sitting at the table as we looked out at the mountains, fields, and water while drinking our morning coffee/tea and cooking breakfast. We had the best holiday in this charming home!

Mike was a great host. He was very responsive and answered any questions we asked as soon as he can. The place was clean and had great views! We travelled as a family and enjoyed the stay at Mike's place.

Very comfortable space in a beautiful location. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for self catering. Great scenery and great walks in the local area. Majella was available, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and will be back.
