Maureen's Place | Flat in Exeter | Private Parking

ZoeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Clive’s place was just what we expected and needed - just perfect for our stay. We felt right at home with the extra thoughtful touches of things you always need like breakfast, milk, butter, sugar and more. The flat was spacious and the living room was an extra relaxing bonus. Although on a road, it is set back and it is amazingly quiet for sleeping and being able to sleep with the windows open was a bonus. The bed was comfy and cosy. Often the showers are disappointing when you are away from home but Clive has a full power shower which washed out even my thick hair and was lovely and hot. We did need to use the washing machine and this worked perfectly, was easy to use and of decent size and the drying rack was big enough. Clive’s was a lovely host, he was friendly and welcoming. His instructions were clear and he was responsive. Although he lived upstairs he remained very private. The location of the flat is ideal to explore Exeter and the surrounding coastal towns without a car

We had a nice stay at this house and even booked it again for another 6 weeks. Sui was a very helpful host who respected our privacy, but frequently messaged to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Heavitree Hideaway

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Was on a course at St Luke’s Campus for a few days and this was the perfect accommodation for the job - sparkling clean, big comfy bed, lovely smell, plenty of space and really well equipped in a private ‘hideaway’ at the end of the garden - bathroom and sink / cooking area are outside but don’t let that put you off! It’s beautifully done and super clean and comfy to use and undercover. So nice to be surrounded by plants and trees, free tea/coffee and breakfast bits. Just 5 mins walk from campus and free parking sorted over the road via residents permit. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, thank you! :-)

NicholaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Tina was an amazing host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, proactive in her communication and is at the end of the phone if you needed her. The welcome guide was very detailed and included some fantastic recommendations along with all you needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just so lovely and we felt very at home. A fantastic location to explore Exeter and very comfortable with superb facilities and equipment. The car parking space was a great bonus and everything was very secure. We loved our stay and I am already looking at dates to rebook. Thank you Tina for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

Cosy 2-Bed, Near City & Quay

AnnetteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Emily’s place is a restful and relaxing place in a quiet road, with a cosy outside space The house is tastefully decorated & uncluttered, but with plenty of interesting touches & helpful info. Everywhere is extremely clean, well equipped & with welcoming extra touches (tea, coffee, biscuits). Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds were ideal for myself & family for a weekend. Emily was a brilliant host - very responsive & friendly host & helped us with local parking spots (short term spot in the road & car park close by). A great find & hope to return. Thank you Emily!

Spacious, city centre apartment

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed at Rob's place for just over 6 months whilst down in Exeter with work. Throughout the entire stay Rob was brilliant and always very responsive if ever I needed to contact him. The flat was clean, had all the amenities I needed and I cannot stress enough how perfect a location it is in. It is in walking distance of just about everything within Exeter. Unfortunately because my stay was during Autumn and Winter, I didn't get to enjoy the garden as much as I would have liked, but I'm sure that anyone in the Spring or Summer time will have a blast. I cannot recommend this place enough!
