I had an absolutely lovely stay at Stuart's. He and Nichola made me feel like at home, always attentive, helpful and caring. So in love with Nichola's delicious home-made jam and Stuart's wonderful breakfast service. Thank you very much for making my stay so amazing. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! Although it’s a new listing, it honestly felt like it had been hosting guests for years. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with all the thoughtful touches the hosts have put in place. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need—right down to breakfast items and toiletries. It’s clear that the hosts really care about providing a welcoming and personal experience. The property is nestled down peaceful country lanes, offering a tranquil escape, yet it’s just a short drive from Taunton, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and even takeaways. It’s the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, making it an ideal retreat where you have everything you need right on your doorstep. This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

Rachel is friendly, polite, helpful and easy to talk to. She helped me with parking. The room is cosy and it has a large double bed which is very comfortable. The bathroom is a spacious, with the dining room, they have the nice decorations that I liked very much. I would recommend Rachel's lovely home.

What a great property to stay in while visiting the lovely Lyme Regis - we would definitely book again. Tess has thought of everything - it's the best equipped air bnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect location, really comfortable, homely property and having a parking space on site was a real bonus! Thank you Tess, we had a really enjoyable weekend 😊

Ginny was a very gracious and welcoming host but was also careful to give us space and to let us enjoy her wonderful home. Exactly as described in the details the house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully furnished and cared for. Beds were very comfortable and the little touches such as a simple breakfast provided much appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights for our daughters graduation and the location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to campus and 10 minutes in the other direction into the centre of town. Would highly, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Wendy's home whilst visiting Exeter University. Wendy's house is in a perfect location- easily walkable into the city centre and to Exeter St David's. Also only a few minutes walk from Streatham campus. Wendy was very welcoming, the room was pristine and there was a good choice of cereals and hot drinks for breakfast. Thanks, Wendy!

Joanne is absolutely an incredible human being! Her place was amazing and I truely felt so welcomed and comfortable instantly! 10/10 recommend!!!

We had an excellent stay here in Newton Abbott! Mike and Anna were really lovely and responsive. Looks like the pics and is a good size for a group of friends, beautiful decor as well. Would definitely go back!

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

Perfect 2 day stay for a wedding in the area. Kairen was super quick to respond to any questions and offered early check in if needed. Lovely place with every amenity we could have needed including a magical milk frother and some very thoughtful welcome snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive! Kairen was incredibly friendly and a delight to chat to, the majestic Percy the cat was also a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you again!

The Old Bakery was a real find. Jude and Will are hosts who go above and beyond. They couldn’t do enough for us. Not only was the apartment clean, cosy and comfortable, but they had provided everything we needed for breakfast, and told us if there was anything else they could provide to just ask. They were so friendly, communicative and helpful, and said if there was anything we needed or had problems with, to contact them day or night. Those personal touches make a huge difference. We enjoyed sitting in the sunny garden at the back for our breakfast! We had a nice pub meal one night in the Ropemakers in town, which was only a 10 minute walk away. We also had a lovely walk across the cliff path from Bridport to Eype, which was a lovely pebble beach. We visited Sculpture by the Lakes, which was a beautiful place, and Forde Abbey gardens, all of which are worth visiting if you like a bit of peace and tranquility. Thank you Jude and Will. We’d love to return!

Had a wonderful stay at Mary's Annex studio -comfortable with all the amenities as in the listing. The place was pristine clean! Bonus points for the kids play area and breakfast was sorted out by the well stocked kitchen. Mary and family were lovely!! Highly recommend the studio to explore the Dorset coast.

Another fantastic stay at Julia and Julian’s place. Julia very kindly messaged us enabling an early check-in which was wonderful. Lovely, thoughtful goodies welcomed us! Extremely well-equipped and spotless flat which is very dog-friendly. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful stay at Julie and Graham's. The location and scenery were absolutely stunning. The annexe had everything we needed and more, including breakfast and homemade flapjacks which was a lovely touch. Very kind and welcoming hosts with a clean, cosy and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend!

We wanted a last minute place for the bank holiday and what a wonderful place it was! Julia’s farm was lovely the setting was amazing. Peaceful, stunning views and lots of friendly animals. Julia herself was a great host nothing was too much trouble. Everything from showing us around, tips with the hot tub and ideas for what we could do throughout the days. We’d love to go back for a night or five. Would highly recommend

Beautiful location. Perfect for exploring the Tors. Your hosts will be fabulous storytellers. Good breakfast and tea making facilities.

The location was perfect, we didn’t realise it was so close to everything. Previous occupier must have accidentally took parking permit, we called Emily and we had one within the hour. Super responsive and very friendly. Would highly recommend on value, location and quality!

We visited The Potting Shed for my partners birthday, and had an amazing time. Matthew greeted us like old friends and was an incredibly thoughtful, kind and friendly host throughout our stay. He was a pleasure to talk to and made us feel very much at home - his flat coat retrievers were also excellent company! The accommodation was cosy, the garden stunning and Matthew’s breakfast game was on top form - we couldn’t leave before asking for his Birche muesli recipe. This was a really memorable experience, and we would highly recommend booking a stay at the Potting Shed!

We stayed at the Barn for 3 nights at the end of May and had a wonderful time. The place is done beautifully and we felt right at home. Sam left clear instructions and also some fresh milk, OJ, scones and bread for us to enjoy which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed making the most of the area with walks and eating out- we were provided an excellent info pack from Sam which we found incredibly helpful. We particularly enjoyed Croyde which had a lot to offer and was only 10 mins away (one thing to note is Croyde beach has restrictions on dogs in peak months) All in all, we had just a brilliant time and would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Samantha and Ted!!!

Amazing find of a place on the south side of Plymouth, near ferry departures. Friendly, helpful host and excellent response times. Great value.
