A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Arrived in a 9-person minibus, all retired and not necessarily good walkers, the place immediately filled us with both the services and the welcome of Kattalin's parents, unfailing simplicity, a kindness rare these days, a breathtaking landscape and view. On the last day, we allowed ourselves to grill with local products, on a sunny terrace, what more could you ask for. I think I'll keep this address in a corner of my mind because in half an hour, you're in Spain, caves and chasms nearby, welcoming restaurants and the sea 3/4 hours away. Thanks to Kattalin and her parents and their grandson who I know will be a farmer like we'd like to see. Thank you

Really relaxed stay, lovely garden area to look on to, very close to small shop, pizza place (looked brand new) Boulangier and restaurant. also lovely down to quinguette by the river.

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. Comfortable apartment and consistent with the photos, located in a rather quiet residence. Modern kitchen with all the amenities needed to prepare meals. A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us. He was also very accommodating in agreeing with us on the best times for our arrival and departure. The only downside for us who like to walk are the distances to get to Biarritz or the beaches (3 to 4 km). Car is therefore a must. But no problem to move because we always found a place when we returned from the walk.

Pierre was a great host, he met us on arrival and gave us lots of information anout the area and recommended restaurants (we had a lovely dinner at Le Table Sebastien Grave.) The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay, very light and spacious and we explored the local area fully! We really enjoyed the fabulous view from the balcony with a glass of wine or two! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only slight negative for us was that the listing states “free parking”, well, it is free from 6pm - 9am, parking for a full day was 32 euro! We really enjoyed our stay though.

Another great stay at Oihan's! Although I was unable to stay in the original apartment due to water damage, Oihan and Laura were very responsive and professional in offering me several alternatives. I finally stayed in the Maitasuna, a bright duplex, tastefully decorated and located close to Les Halles. No sea view this time, but an equally exceptional stay. Again, thank you for this great opportunity, Oihan.

We stayed at Sofia and Guy's place. Everything matches the photos and comments, Guy and Sofia's welcome was very friendly, very clean accommodation, very quiet, close to all urban transport to visit Biarritz and Bayonne, car stayed in the parking lot!!!! We highly recommend this listing.

François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

We stayed in Tom’s apartment for a week in June. Tom’s so kind and friendly, he met us at the airport late at night and drove us to the apartment. He gave us lots of advice about the area. The apartment is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes in the centre of Biarritz There are some good shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the second floor, with lovely views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. It was spotlessly clean with great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

The location and parking spot were epic! Maria was an excellent host and communicator!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.

pleasant stay, nice location, quiet, very nice people. functional accommodation. I love the balcony for relaxing and listening to the little birds. Close to the chocolate museum, a delight and many other destinations... i highly recommend it.

Listing as described. It is located in a green and very quiet environment The apartment is very well-equipped, it may be missing a slightly larger and more comfortable sofa. All the amenities are good quality with very good bedding. Communication with Christophe is very easy and he is very responsive. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic week at this rental located in the heart of the Basque Country. The location is ideal for discovering the region: between sea and mountain, close to beautiful villages such as Espelette, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port or the beaches of Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The hosts were very welcoming, available and gave good advice for activities and restaurants nearby. Many thanks to them for their hospitality! We recommend this rental without hesitation and will be back with pleasure. The Basque Country is a beautiful region full of charm.
