Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Our apartment is conveniently located in a large Basque house, quiet and close to Spain, only 30 minutes by highway! Close to the beautiful beaches of Biarritz and Anglet (20 min). You'll love my place because of the pleasant garden (heated pool); you'll enjoy a beautiful 50 m2 terrace (nice evenings with family or friends in perspective!!). My place is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for the whole family!
