Monthly Rentals in Urbanova

Lily is the perfect host - she responds quickly, courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is ideally located: literally in front of the beach, fifteen minutes from downtown Alicante, with restaurants and supermarket a few meters away and with road connections to multiple villages and places of interest. We have been in this apartment six years ago, three we rented another in Playa del Postiguet but now we have returned to Urbarelax for all the attributes mentioned. Lily knows how to interact with her guests in a warm way and with a high sense of responsibility and understanding. Our Urbarelax experience is still fantastic.

Great view

This is a two bedroom flat, so good for three visitors. It is close to the airport, so very handy and convenient (some noise, but not at all unbearable). Close to a bus stop, so very easy for visits to Alicante city centre. Nearby beach is pleasant. Kitchen has required appliances, including dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine. In the bathroom there was also a hairdryer, which we hadn't realised so had brought our own. The balcony/veranda is good because you are sheltered from winds whilst sitting down for dinner!

This is the second time that we have stayed in the apartment and will be back next year if we can, for the third time. This year we had some issues for which we had to cancel and book again in a short time and Audrey was super sympathetic to us and it didn't give us any issues. As always, the apartment has everything and is super clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning in the house that makes the difference because it was very hot and it was nice to be in the house. Also, last year we told Audrey that the fridge didn't cool much and this year there was a new fridge that worked wonderfully. We do not have a single glue to put, it is a pleasure to stay here, a great place glued to the beach, an apartment super well cared for with all the services and 5 minutes from the city in case one day you feel like going there. The truth is that while the holidays allow us, we will continue to come to the apartment many more summers because we love it.
