One of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful and situated in a charming neighborhood only a 5-min walk from dynamic Frenchmen St and ~20-min walk from the French Quarter. Despite its proximity to these hotspots, the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The house itself is larger than it appears with a full kitchen, foyer, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a huge and comfortable bed. Robert is very pleasant, and there are many cats outside to pet. The house is furnished with everything you would need and more for a comfortable stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely be eager to book if returning to NOLA!

We absolutely loved our stay in this New Orleans apartment! The place had such a great energy—we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It was cozy, and truly special. The host was discreet and very kind. Everything was just perfect!

Even with the last minute accommodations due to our short fuse plans, Isaac and his team pulled through for us to have an awesome experience. With the pricing, location, amenities and hospitality it was the perfect package. I highly recommend for anyone who’s lookin for a fun filled stay, minutes from the awesome cuisine and nightlife/ sights that NOLA has to offer.

So glad we chose this as our Air BnB for New Orleans. We had a great time and being in the water made it so much better. Definitely will recommend and stay here again when I return to the city.

We had a fantastic time at Lori's beautiful home. There's so much to do in New Orleans (and we were only there for three nights) so we didn't spend a *ton* of time at the house, but if we'd been there longer the home was perfect for staying in & relaxing. Well stocked, clean & beautiful!

Great spot with an amazing view. Felt very safe. Tons of space and places for folks to rest. Pool was an amazing addition. Cheers! Can't wait to be back.

Great stay and a great host. Tangie was always proactive with communication and we had some excellent conversations over email. She was very straight forward and accommodating and the house was exactly as advertised for a great price. I hope to return to this location again in the future.

Me and my family stayed here on our trip to New Orleans for my birthday. I must say this place exceeded my expectations. The house was very clean and easy to locate once I got in town. Also, Drei and his team were very nice and responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. One thing I will say about the home is if you have small children the tub may be a little too high getting in and out but otherwise this place is a great place to stay while in New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The king bed was super comfy, and the space had everything we needed. A few things to note: the Wi-Fi was initially down, but the host responded quickly. I had a hotspot, so it wasn’t a big deal, but remote workers should be aware. Towels were limited a few extras would help. There was a mild old-house moisture smell, typical for NOLA. I'm a Property Insurance Adjuster so I notice these things. Parking was disappointing as there’s a driveway, but guests are asked to park on the street, which was very limited. The checkout experience felt rushed the checkout time was 10am; we walked out the door at 9:38 a.m., and the cleaner whipped into the DRIVEWAY and parked before we could buckle our seatbelt, which was a bit unsettling. It felt like we were being watched since I hadn’t even messaged the host yet. Still, I’m giving 5 stars for the location, comfort, and host responsiveness. These are just honest notes for future guests.

The AirBnB itself is very nice, it seems as it has been remodeled recently, with decent amenities, not too cluttered and very welcoming. It has a good parking spot up front, a nice porch, and a nice fenced-in backyard in case you have dogs. (Although I would check it first as the neighbors did not pick up after their dogs). Driving up to the neighborhood had a little sketchy feel with a bunch of clubs along the Main Street but at least it was nice a quiet in the AirBnB and felt nice, plus its a very close drive or Uber ride anywhere around the city. We had a small unfortunate situation where the water heater was broken from the first day, luckily the owner was super responsive and I worked with him to try and resolve the problem, but it was one of those things that happens, si he offered a refund if we wanted to find another place or discount if we wanted to still stay, and because of this I still gave him a high rating because he was a really nice guy and worked with us very well.

We had a family gathering this past week and this airbnb was exactly what we needed. Thank you to George and his team for making a wonderful trip. Everything was exactly as described and had a great experience.

My husband and I were visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and baby granddaughter during a beautiful weekend. We were within walking distance to them which made it easy to babysit and visit. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby and it’s close to the bayou and the sculpture garden in City Park.

Beautiful well kept home in a very safe neighborhood. Jordan was quick to respond and very flexible with our check in/check out times. I will most definitely stay and recommend this home to friends and family.

I chose this place for a girls trip for Mardi Gras since my friend and I haven’t seen each other and awhile and felt we needed a break. This was our first travel experience together in a long time and I must say it was a great experience at both the house, the neighbors were friendly and helpful with great recommendations for food and places to go. I will definitely stay again and Cutie is an amazing host very responsive and proactive on making sure guest are enjoying themselves

We had a great stay with the location being close to public transport to go downtown. The neighborhood felt safe and the house was clean - would definitely return.

It was a great experience. Great that it was with walking distance of many great restaurants and the convention center. Enjoyed the instant homie feel. Overall great time in NOLA. Would book again with Alice and Scott

Great stay! Cool rustic vibe. Had a few issues with parking Friday and Saturday but that cannot be helped. 1 mile walk to the French quarter. Would stay here again.

Lauren’s place was wonderful! We were very comfortable in her clean, well appointed home. We had everything we needed and more. Lauren is an amazingly responsive and welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation weekend. She is staying to further her education, we will certainly choose Lauren’s place to stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Gary was a fabulous host, so friendly, very responsive and accommodating. He gave us a place to store luggage and early check in! The place looks exactly as it does in photos and we loved the vibe for a bachelorette party. We were close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, museums, grocery stores and more. One little flaw was the location of the Airbnb being right infront of a dump site and it was loud and noisy. The neighbourhood is a little rough but being in a group we were fine. Overall, great experience at this Airbnb and fabulous for entertaining a group size of 6! Thanks so much for a great stay!
