Legally licensed vacation rental has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths 1 half bath, dining room and kitchen den combo. Large third floor balcony overlooking the garden district. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

A FUN Tropical OASIS with a Private Pool & Hot Tub

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.

Located on the Westbank of the Mississippi but still only 10 min from the French Quarter! Safest Neighborhood in all of New Orleans!! Warm personal touches and custom built furniture! LGD Victorian - walk to parades and Second Lines

Our three bedroom home is a fantastic place to experience New Orleans. We are located in the heart of the Lower Garden District at the edge of Central City, 2 blocks from St. Charles, Parades, Restaurants, Bars, and shops. Second lines pass right by the house on most Sundays. There is a beautiful Live Oak in the front of our Victorian and our neighborhood is quiet.
