The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.

Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
