Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Uptown/Carrollton, New Orleans

I loved this space as it was easy to find, super easy to check into, Kaylan was very responsive as well as helpful. The home was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and soft. The front porch and back porch were so nice. The river being right across the street made an awesome view of the bridge. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful with people jogging and walking their dogs along the river. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, other than the street being so small, but that's not anyone but the cities fault! The host was friendly and very attentive while also allowing my guest and me to feel like we actually had privacy. Would definitely recommend this space as a great place to call home while exploring not only Bourbon Street but even the local Bywater district. 10-minute drive to the French Quarter and a 5-minute walk from the local bar scene and food Bywater has to offer. This space was not but 5 minutes away from one of the top barbecue spots in all of Louisiana, so a hidden gem doesn't even do justice.

We had a truly special weekend at the Harlot House. The decor is so beautiful and everyday I noticed a new detail. It wasn’t too noisy on our street and we felt very safe. We had fun going out at night and lounging by the pool during the day. I don’t think I could recommend this place more! The whole team of people that take care of this place were super responsive and helpful, they had some great neighborhood recs for us. Would 100 percent stay there again!

You are a fool if you don't book this place!!!!!!! Came here for a bachelor party, the space could not be more sumptuous or accommodating. It's so luxurious and yet intimate! Perfect for gathering by the pool at all hours, and any individual can sleep as late as they need with insanely comfortable beds, so many bathrooms, beautiful furnishings, curtains to keep out that noon sun when you had a wild night. The location is as perfect as it gets. Easy walk to everything, yet so secluded and peaceful. Hosts are insanely responsive and helpful. One of our guests was arriving early, Tyler showed up to let her in. Another of our guests had a late flight on the day we left—once again, he was allowed to relax until he had to go. When we ran out of TP, he even came by to drop some off! THe house has so much personality, you really feel like you are in New Orleans. GET THIS PLACE!

Excellent place for big group or family. Plenty of room. Anita brew house just down the street offers a nice place to relax with food trucks.

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

Crystal was a very responsive and gracious host. Her place was clean, comfortable, and had great personal touches. The house is a ten minute Uber from the French Quarter or a 15 minute walk from Canal Street and it’s public transit.

The place was stunning absolutely like the photos. Amenities were amazing and clean along with easy instructions. Though the area wasn’t the greatest the home was very secure. If I am ever in New Orleans again I would book this location. Roomy plenty to do this couples trip in this home was amazing! Thank you Spencer!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Home is gorgeous! Beautiful decor. Best feature: private pool with hot tub & great landscaping. Beds were comfy; all lightswitches were labeled, kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes/utensils ; bathrooms had hairdryers & toiletries. appreciated the provided bath AND pool towels. VERY short stroll to 2 different streetcar lines and also bus line!! This made site-seeing in NOLA super easy. Enjoyed walks to and around the garden district with its beautiful homes. Central City BBQ is just a short walk from house with great food and drinks ; and the Lagniappe Bakehouse just down the block is amazing. There is a mission across the street - they were friendly and organized - the foot traffic near meal distributions dispersed quickly ; a couple times driveway was blocked and they helped us find owners of vehicles. locked driveway gate was great- easily fit minivan+sedan. dance club on block was loud on weekends- but inside home could barely hear- everyone slept well.

Spencer was a great host. He was very responsive in a timely manner and accommodating for our request. The house was very clean and already cooled when we got there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will cherish these holiday memories for years to come. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! We hope to return soon!
