Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Louisiana

Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here during our time in New Orleans! The house itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun swimming in the pool out back. And the house itself was well-located, just a quick drive from all the restaurants and music venues in downtown New Orleans. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in town.

We had the most wonderful stay! Our group—a mom, and her daughters—came into town for a very special occasion: wedding dress shopping for the bride-to-be. The home was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and beautifully set up for relaxing girl time together. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Shayla was a superb host! Very responsive. Any questions we had she answered right away. We had some travel issues getting there but she worked with us and got us taken care of and checked in quickly. When we first got there we had a few issues but Shayla jumped in quickly and resolved them all. The kids had a great time with all the games, they loved playing in the pool in the yard, and loved the projector for their movies. The light all around tue house was fun and cool as well. Will definitely visit again.

Cannot say enough good things about this stay. Stayed here with a group of girls reuniting from college and it was PERFECT! Best location too!

Amazing stay! Gary’s house exceeded expectations and my family loved it. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous, unique, spacious house full of New Orleans character and the backyard is a true oasis. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. It’s obvious what an incredible amount of love and time went into creating this property! The location off of Magazine St. couldn’t be better. Shopping/food/drinks all within minutes, grocery store at the end of the block, we didn’t even use the car. So close to action yet the house felt quiet and secluded. Perfect, couldn’t ask for more! 100/10, can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated large old home with lots of room close to a lot of things to do like restaurants and shops. Would stay there again loved it.

Cabin was perfect for a little get away!

We have stayed at several Airbnbs before, but never one like Timmy and Terese's. We immediately felt like family. Their generosity goes above and beyond. They were always willing to offer advised for things to do, places to go or where the best fishing may be. They had extensive knowlege of the area and always a good story to share. They truly wanted us to experience the Cajun culture and even shared some authentic Cajun meals with us. The pictures of the house and grounds don't do it justice. The house was clean and they made sure we had everything that we needed. The pool, the hot tub and the beatiful landscaping helped us relax and make the vacation more memorable. We went to their place with fishing and crabbing in mind. Timmy and Terese were always ready with recommendations on where to go. The choices are endless either in the bayou, the lakes or even in the back pond. We would definitely recommend this Cajun Paradise.

A lovely cabin in a secluded woodland spot. Definitely a place to stay if you're in the area.

Perfect relaxing get away spot. Me and my fiancé loved this perfect to rekindle and take in nature. Would definitely want to come back.

My girls loved this place! The house had plenty of amenities, and the owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. Easy check in and Easy to find because the instructions are very clear and precise. Not to far to hit up New Orleans and Baton Rouge located right between them, and then get home to a peaceful location! Would definitely stay there again
