Great apartment! I recommend it for a trip to Paris. Very good location next to metro 14 The view of Paris is stunning from the bay window.

The space was clean, tidy and spacious. Achmit was very flexible to allow us to arrive and leave later. He was also very responsive when there was a problem with the safe. Thanks for everything again.

If you go to Paris, it's a great place to stay. The apartment is very well equipped and very well located. The host was kind, welcoming me at the beginning and end of the stay. He even helped me order an Uber to leave, as my Internet stopped working (do not hire Vivo Travel's Internet service)

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. Beautiful, quiet and safe apartment in the heart of Paris. A real added value is the great big terrace. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities to unwind comfortably after the extensive inquiries of the French capital. A large cozy double bed completes the beautiful apartment. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants, brasseries and bakeries. Public sewage works well and the apartment is not far from several metro stations and bus stops. We will be happy to come back!

Great place, easy walk or metro to excellent restaurants, museums, and all the beautiful sites in Paris.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Wonderful little place right outside Paris, great for couples to relax. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would recommend for anyone going to Paris for holiday. Very responsive host and gives clear instructions for the apartment.

The apartment is really great and perfect for 2 persons. There's plenty of room. Especially the location is appealing, as the apartment is not in the center of Paris, but you can still be in the city center in just under 20 minutes by train. Oussama was very friendly and helpful and even came by to help us with the stove. Really very accommodating and a very nice host, we would always book there again!

In ❤️ Normandy, we came across a heart-built accommodation that made us feel the French flair from the first second. You will find a very lovingly furnished characteristic accommodation, with everything you need. What can be particularly emphasized, we were here with eight people and we never stepped on each other's feet. Everywhere you find small storage facilities to organize the accommodation for yourself during the vacation. For evenings together, or even bad weather, plenty of games were❤️ provided and in the entrance area there is a foosball table, table tennis table and darts. Bertrand is a wonderful host who showed a lot of commitment with his ideas, tips, walks with his goats🐐, or crab fishing in the mudflats. He was quickly available for any questions and concerns. So, last but not least, the pool, which was always preheated to a pleasant temperature. A spot on earth to relax ❤

Everything was GREAT, we'll be back . The house is functional. The pool, sauna, foosball, ping pong and swing delighted young and old. The rooms are nice with good bedding. the house is clean, well equipped and tidy. bikes are available (with a pump just in case). Also, the weather was with us to enjoy Cabourg , Dives and Houlgate.

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are paid. Be careful, however, when maneuvering if you have a large vehicle: the street is narrow, one-way, with parked cars. But by taking your time, it's still quite feasible, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.
