In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast. We do not offer, breakfast Anymore.

The lovingly furnished room is located in a charming townhouse from the middle of the 19th century. century, just outside Munich. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. In the house there is a small gallery, photo studio, a music room with a grand piano as well as a balcony and courtyard. On request, we offer guided mountain bike tours and hikes to the foothills of the Alps and the Alps. The S-Bahn to Munich is a less than 5-minute walk away.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

You'll be enchanted by this charming place. This room has a workstation, a cozy sitting area, a wardrobe and a bed. The bed can be pulled out to a double bed and is therefore also suitable for 2 people. In the bathroom, each room has its own sink. We are happy to provide you with tips for excursions. Note: Public transport to Aiterhofen is very limited.
