Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Undisturbed, you can use the spacious outdoor facilities of 3000 m² (where you will find a panoramic sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pond) for the duration of your stay alone. An infrared cabin and steam shower complete your wellness pleasure.
