As described. Great views and very very remote with a prive beach shared with other Oregon House guests. They do have wifi once you check in but it's good to screen shot check in info and numbers before you get there since you won't be able to use the app or have any signal once you arrive.

This is the perfect Airbnb for a weekend. Everything you need to enjoy Eugene is provided for you. Plenty to walk to as well. I look forward to booking this place in the future.

I had a great stay! The place is exactly as described; it felt roomy and had lots of closet space. The meals that were provided were not only so convenient but actually so tasty! Definitely the highlight of my stay. Everyone in the building is kind but the girl who cooks breakfast in the morning is so friendly and accommodating!

Idyllic retreat. My family enjoyed walking the riverside trails on the property in the mornings. Apartment has all the basics to be comfortable. clean, warm, and welcoming. Cute farmhouse and cowgirl theme decor. Bedrooms and living area are all connected but has sliding doors. Host was very nice. Good communication.

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

I stayed at Jeff's place for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The space had everything I needed, and the beach was very easy to walk to. Everything was exactly as described. I'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect little spot for my wife and I to use for a month as a landing pad while moving to town and shopping for a more permanent space. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the river park. Place felt safe and secure and had everything we needed for a longer stay

Loved staying here. it felt like you were staying at a friend's house. Not just a rental that's bare and plain. I felt right at home here. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and multiple thrift stores. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

Charlie’s place was very comfortable and easy to find. Everything we needed was there. Had a parking spot behind the house, which was helpful. Very close Fred Meyer’s and other stores. We enjoyed our stay there!

Nomad’s Nest was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The location was beautiful, and the space had all the amenities we could want. Caroline was a wonderful host and provided a very detailed booklet of things to do and places to eat. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Cozy studio apartment near Old Town Florence with everything you need to feel at home. I appreciate the comfy bed.

We enjoy the little apartment very much. I always complain about the beds so that is never an issue, just me being picky. I don't think you can ask for a nicer place. Quiet, warm and comfy and the view is amazing!

We were in Eugene for our daughters graduation from UofO. Our son slept on the twin air mattress that he said was so good he didn't realize it was an air bed. They had it all set up and ready for us. Needed help with a delivery coming before we arrived and they accommodated that. Communication was excellent and the space was very comfortable for our needs. Thanks so much!

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

This place was great. A note to mention- bring your own coffee. K cups or ground coffee. Everywhere else I’ve been (which has been at least 20-25 Airbnb’s or VRBO over the years) provided when a coffee maker was present, this one didn’t. Totally OK with that, but something to note so you don’t have to make an early morning grocery run :-) I’d suggest brining a towel for the hot tub as well. This place was quiet and clean and very relaxing. The view was nice and the outdoor area is fantastic!!!

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

I cannot say enough good things about Rich’s place- it was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities one could possibly need- even champagne! The hot tub was amazing in the cool fall weather. Walkable to the stadium and easy to get to- I’ll definitely be back for more!

Check in was very easy and this was a great place for a one night stay on a hectic road trip. The back jacuzzi area was more private than it looks in the pictures, as the only entrance back there is the airBnB unit entrance. The kitchen and bathroom were both well-stocked for everything I needed for the evening.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Well, can’t say enough about this place! And of course, by giving a five star review, chances are that minimizes our opportunities for availability, as this darling home becomes a staple for travelers to consider. Clean, cozy, comfortable and welcoming are just a few words used to describe this sweet place. Pictures are as accurate as ever when considering a stay here. Carol and Mark are wonderful hosts and truly ‘those people’ in your life that you just want to keep on getting to know. Lovely! Recommend everything about this place! It won’t disappoint!
