Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. The house is a cute and comfortable newer home located in a small residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located not far from beaches and hiking trails, as well as shopping and dining. Guests will also love that the house is uncluttered, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and full size stainless appliances, and the gas fireplace works even if the power goes out during a storm.

Heartland Treehouse is perched between two massive fir trees overlooking a steep river canyon. Sounds of a nearby waterfall will soothe you to bed at night and gently wake you in the morning.
