A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ingrid and her husband are adorable, available and offer a bread delivery service. The accommodation is beautiful, simply decorated but with great taste. From the outside to the inside everything is beautiful, clean and smells good. The view of the mountains and river is splendid. If you are a lover of nature (splendid), hiking, calm, if you like to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the river and watch the sun rise and set over the mountain, Ingrid's house is for you. Thank you Ingrid, we'll be back next year!

We had the very best time at Denise's place. The apartment is very clean, well furnished/ equipped and has a roof terrace with mountain views. For hikes/ activities in the Ötztal, the accommodation is a good starting point. Denise is a great host - we felt very welcome and were able to contact her at any time. We say THANK YOU and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and accommodating host and we would come back any time!

The apartment is fantastic . The atention to details is at another level.

We had a nice intensive Easter vacation week, we had come to ski. The bus stops 300 m down the main road to get to Sölden and Gurgl. The conservatory - living room and kitchen, so to speak, is really great and bright, you have a super nice view of the mountains when you sit at the dining table. Kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We were also allowed to call a small piece of garden our own, which was very nice. The large bathroom is ultra-modern, and even in the small bathroom with shower there is nothing to complain about. We slept well in the beds too... Great, thank you so much!

This was a lovely stay. The views are gorgeous, the room is tidy and pleasant, and I had everything I needed. Maria is a very generous and warm person, she's very welcoming to the travelers that pass through this home.

Nice stay within walking distance of downtown Sölden. Ideal base for, for example, winter sports. Martina is very friendly and easy to reach. Accommodation has all the comforts. Highly recommendable.

Karin was a wonderful host and the location is perfect for a variety of activities if you need to stay in or near Schönwies.

We were there for skiing. The ski bus is just 1 minute away. The place was great. All as described. Communication was easy and fast. The bread service was also great! Thanks again for that. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well-maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back. We had a wonderful time in Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd that we were able to spend such a great time with you.

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

I had a lovely stay with Gerhard's family. The house is very well located, close to many hikes. the landscape is just beautiful under the snow. The apartment was very clean and cozy. In short, we can only recommend:)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We were with our dog in the forest chalet. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we will be happy to come back.
