Vacation rentals with a patio in Umhausen

Good location and easy access. Appartment was in good condition and everything was as promised.

We had a nice intensive Easter vacation week, we had come to ski. The bus stops 300 m down the main road to get to Sölden and Gurgl. The conservatory - living room and kitchen, so to speak, is really great and bright, you have a super nice view of the mountains when you sit at the dining table. Kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We were also allowed to call a small piece of garden our own, which was very nice. The large bathroom is ultra-modern, and even in the small bathroom with shower there is nothing to complain about. We slept well in the beds too... Great, thank you so much!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and hosts are super friendly. We stayed 4 nights and we drove to many places in the Dolomites.

I spent a few days vacationing in the small apartment. Nicole is a very nice host. Everything I needed was available in the apartment or I got it on request. The area is quite nice. Hiking from the house is possible. With the guest card, you can ride the public buses for free. I'd love to come back!

the place was great. you might consider having the directions written in English because the translation led to some confusion. but I figured it out and it had everything I needed. And the view was heavenly!

We highly recommend the place. Super nice and friendly hosts, you feel right at home and welcome. The Airbnb was very clean and there was everything you needed and more. We liked the location, here you can relax superbly and have a great view of the Grünten. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic time during our winter sports holiday, received very hospitably in a house where we definitely want to come back. Perfectly located between all areas, all within an hour's drive. The house was fantastic in terms of layout, the welcome was warm, and the beds were lovely.

It was the best stay we have ever had. We were greeted by Tobias, give us a short tour of the house. The house was clean and well organised. Our stay also included with free bus ride. Need to give a shout out to Tob who even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Highly recommended place whoever exploring the nearby attractions.

Had a great stay at Stephanie's place. Everything was clean, with the best amenities and as described. The large garden with the beautiful view is perfect for beautiful summer evenings. The city is a 30-minute walk. We felt absolutely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Thank you very much, Simon and Sabrina.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

This apartment is perfect for remote work and long-term stays. I worked here remotely for nearly two months (October-November) and loved it. The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊
