Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Apartment Isabella

Das Apartment Isabella befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Mitte vom Ötztal 5 min vom Ortskern der Gemeinde Umhausen entfernt. Das Apartment mit ca. 33 m² im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer, einen Wohnraum mit Esstisch und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler, sowie ein Schlafsofa für eine 3. Person oder für 2 Kinder. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und eine kleine, gemütliche Terrasse.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) Tourist tax is charged on site at €5 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

Heidi Apartment

This newly built holiday apartment is located in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley. Umhausen is only 10 minutes drive away from the ski area in Ötz and 25 minutes from Sölden. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 4 per adult per day)
