Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and snowy area, peaceful neighborhood, cozy old fashioned appartment and walkable distance from Mittenwald town center and train station. We have enjoyed having Christmas over there. Thanks for the host! And the kitchen is well equipped. Strongly reccomend, especially for winter holidays!!!

The apartment is easy to find, parking is right outside the door. Seefeld ski lift can be reached in 5 minutes by car or ski bus, as can the town center. Wonderful view from the living room and balcony. Exhibition a bit outdated, bedrooms very close to each other. More suitable for families with smaller children. Federica was very helpful and friendly.
