We booked Penny's place at the last minute and she was more than willing to assist us. The space is lovely, we enjoyed meals in the open plan kitchen with a view over the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The shower was piping hot and clean which was superb on a rainy cold weekend. Full dstv bouquet allowed us to enjoy the UCI XCO races. All in all, an incredibly pleasant weekend. Thanks Penny.

We stayed for 10 days in this modern, bright, very clean, and well-designed cottage. The bathroom with the night lighting was a really great idea. The bed was very comfortable. Whether it was the bed, bed linens, or bath towels, quality was paramount. It was really great. The kitchen had everything you needed and was very clean. We cooked every day. The heating worked, and Netflix and Wi-Fi—what more could you want? All I can say is, it was perfect all around and I highly recommend it.

So thrilled we had a chance to stay here - such a beautiful place, so quiet, with the most wonderful view of the woods, a river, and lake in the distance. Pauline is a fabulous host - her communication was excellent and although the cabin is really off the beaten path, her directions were perfect. She couldn't have been more helpful and we spent a blissful weekend there. No wonder it's hard to book here and it's a super popular place to hire. Long to return.
