We were checked by the co-host Graham to find out is we are still traveling well towards their place and checked to find out our ETA. At arrival, Graham met us directly outside his parking bay to welcome us. He checked us in and showed us to our room including where to find all amenities in his place. We had a really good morning as Graham prepared breakfast for us himself, and I must say we were really impressed by the fruit and hot breakfast he prepared... This venue is really close and central to many scenic routes and tourist places, definitely one to consider...

John, Lisa and their staff are exceptional- well maintained property- super clean They did laundry for us returned in couple of hours Very accommodative- made an exceptional breakfast for our whole family- great parking space and easily accessible 24x7 Thank you John Lisa and whole management- you are AWESOME!!!

Beautiful Position, Nice apartment, Great Breakfast and a super friendly host

Winner! This place is a real find. Great service. Excellent breakfast with fresh sour dough bread. Very pretty manor house and gardens. The staff are always available but not intrusive. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The dogs and cats are extremely cute and add to the manor house charm. Position of B&B is very good for restaurants, pubs and the Midlands Meander. The delicious Terbodore coffee sachets in the rooms and at breakfast, is a welcome treat. We would definitely use this again as our base on a Midlands Meander.

Estelle is a wonderful host, she took care of me like I was her own child. She made me feel like I was at home. Her place is super clean and neat. I recommend her place to anyone.
