Vacation rentals with breakfast in Umbria

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

公寓在主干道旁的小区内，很安静。虽然有ZTL标志，但可以直接开进去停在公寓门口。Elisa回复很及时，也很热情周到，非常感谢。如果去看天空之城的话，推荐住在这里。

Ospite deliziosa e casa perfetta per un ritiro lontano dalla città. Ordinata, pulita e caratteristica. Ci hanno anche portato dei cornetti per colazione!

We werden prima ontvangen door Antonella, met veel nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en eten/drinken. Het huis is een uitstekende uitvalbasis voor Assisi, Spello en Trevi

La casa è situata in un posto stupendo negli appennini, relativamente vicino a città come Gubbio, Urbino e Cagli, che meritano una visita, ma soprattutto immerso nella natura e nel silenzio oltre a tanti percorsi per camminare nelle vicinanze e per tutti i livelli. Ovviamente, si è un po' sperduti quindi i servizi come supermercati etc. non sono proprio dietro l'angolo per, cui è necessario prepararsi. La strada per arrivare alla casa è una strada di montagna (asfaltata), quindi piuttosto stretta ma facilmente percorribile dato anche il pochissimo traffico. La casa è comoda e spaziosa, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario (pentole, condimenti, caffè..), c'è una terrazza con bellissima vista, non c'è il riscaldamento (acqua calda sì) ma c'è un camino. L'host Riccardo è stato super disponibile e gentile: sia per quanto riguarda check in e check out, sia durante la permanenza, si è preoccupato che ci fosse tutto il necessario, dalla biancheria alla legna per il camino.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in Umbria, l' appartamento perfetto a misura per due persone è fornito davvero di tutto (è la prima volta che in bagno troviamo anche gli spazzolini!!!)... letto comodissimo con due cuscini,TV con Sky e Netflix...il giardino in totale sicurezza è un must per chi come noi viaggia con coppia di quattro zampe medio taglia al seguito (a proposito a disposizione anche ciotole cuscino e materassino se si dovessero dimenticare!)... L' esperienza con Michela è stata molto positiva, perché attenta , pronta e premurosa... non possiamo che consigliare!!!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Todo espectacular!!! Las instrucciones para la llegada, el check in autónomo, el lugar para el auto (que en Assisi es un tema crítico), la comodidad y pulcritud del lugar, su ubicación, en fin, todo súper bien. Lo recomiendo y volveré de ser posible!

nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis chez Elena. sa maison se situe en pleine nature et elle vit entourée d'animaux sympathiques. l'appartement proposé est situé au dessus du sien. il est complètement équipé et propre. l'environnement est calme et propice au repos. elena nous avait généreusement laissé de la nourriture à disposition ainsi que l essentiel de cuisine de base. je recommande ce lieu si vous êtes de passage

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmina’s bed-and-breakfast. The street was quiet. It was easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Very interesting building. Breakfast was included and was good.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Definitivamente mi estancia con Analista fue la mejor de todo mi viaje a Italia. Desde que llegamos con mi esposa a la estación se mostró muy servicial, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. La vista que hay del balcón de su casa es una de las más bellas que he visto. Nos sorprendió que tuviéramos comida y bebidas esperándonos al llegar al hospedaje y Analisa nos dió varias recomendaciones para descubrir la joya que es Orvieto. 5* definitivamente! Volveremos!

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

I had a wonderful week in Foligno. The apartment is charming and comfortable, well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The lovely host, Sonia and her genial husband, were helpful, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Foligno as a town, too. Most guidebooks describe it a great base for exploring Umbria, which it is, but it is also an attractive and pleasant place in its own right.

ottima struttura in località tranquilla appena fuori dal centro storico di Assisi. Posizione ideale per visitare la zona. Nonostante il periodo invernale, l'appartamento era caldo e accogliente. Consigliato.

Lo stile, la pulizia, il profumo della casa di mia nonna. Davvero una carezza dopo una giornata in moto. Colazione super con crostate fatte in casa. Molta disponibilità da parte dei titolari ma con la giusta riservatezza. Tornerò
