Karen is a very nice person and responds quickly. The house is great and very clean and everything you need is available and the internet is strong. A place where you feel comfortable and safe. If I had the opportunity to return to Bournemouth, of course, this house would be my first choice in housing, but its only drawback is that there is no supermarket nearby. You need a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store or any services.

Clare is a fantastic host and the location is nothing short of stunning! We'll be back to stay with Clare in the summer hopefully for a bit longer to explore the coastline and stunning scenery.

We stayed in flat 9 (2 adults and 2 children) for 4 nights. The flat was incredible, spotlessly clean, extremely well designed and excellent furnishings. The hosts provided us with the basics and some extra touches. High end Easter eggs for the kids, fresh apple juice and a gorgeous apple cake. The kids were also thoroughly entertained with the chest of board games and story books. We were also grateful for the beach towels and the hotel type basics, shampoo, shower gel, ample bath towels. In addition to the beautiful property, we had incredible communication with the hosts. They were so responsive and helpful. Hannah supported me with my itinerary, suggested great places to eat and visit. She also assisted me with selecting the right supermarket for the online food shop, nothing was too much trouble. This was definitely the best air B&B we have stayed at, thanks for having us!

Perfect Graham was also super nice, clear and flexible Location: place is very near beach access, and small walk (20min) to Swanage center. Easily accessible even without a car: a bus goes straight from the place to Shellbay or Bournemouth Thank you !
