The Old Cow Stall’s a new extension suitable for two guests only. on the side of our home. Pound Barn originally the hay barn of Woolgarston Farm, where calves were kept & fed. An open plan layout with a wood burner, we only supply one basket of logs in the winter months more can be purchased locally. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Private parking and a secluded garden, lockable shed, patio seating area and BBQ. This location is one of the most peaceful and tranquil in Purbeck.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s place. We’re very familiar with Swanage so we knew the location well, it was peaceful, spotlessly clean, well maintained and had everything that we were looking for. We would love to visit again! Jenny was very responsive, very flexible and accommodating, all of which we really appreciated. We’ve already recommended Jenny’s place to friends and family members who also love Swanage, as we know that they would be very happy to stay there. We look forward to coming back.

Just what was needed for a few days away. Perfect little apartment to relax and within walking distance to shops, beaches and food outlets. Nice and peaceful and everything as described. Bonus for me was the parking space as it meant I could leave the car there for my entire stay without worrying about the need to move it or parking fees elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again when I next visit Swanage.

Great place, in nice peaceful location not far to town and to walks to Durlstone and beyond. Comfortable, well equipped, with a full kitchen, some outdoor space, and easy parking close by.

Highly recommend this little gem. Fabulous location directly opposite venue where wedding we were attending was, in the centre of town. Right near the sea which was easily seen from the window, where you could sit and watch the world go past. Two floors up in an Edwardian building containing 5 flats. Very clean and tranquil space with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Susie the host was very responsive and helpful, giving clear instructions. Although no car parking at the property it was easy to find on road parking in near by street, thanks to instructions given by host. Fantastic selection of places to eat a stone's throw away. Brookes Tea Room was a favourite of ours for Breakfast. Fabulous Tapas Restaurant, The Purbeck Plaza around the corner another favourite. A very peaceful space which we hope to use again in the near future. Thank you Susie x

Very clean, bright apartment,Great view across the rooftops of Swanage.There was surprisingly little noise.Thankfully there is a nice clean lift which only services 12 flats so no waiting. There is everything you need for a short stay and literally you are on the shopping st. 50 yards to the beach. Brilliant!!!

The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a great position. The view is beautiful. Direct access to the beach was a treat. We could get an early swim and breakfast at the Cabin. It was easy to drive to Poole and Bournemouth. We enjoyed wandering in the town. The well preserved pier was delightful. A truly relaxing holiday.
