Waterfront vacation rentals in Tyrifjorden

The apartment was modern and stylish, and at the same time cozy with a view of the garden in peaceful surroundings. It was clean and nice, and good furniture and bed. It was extra nice that the host had put out chocolate.

Large and nice basement apartment, with good bedrooms and large living room. Convenient with bathroom and shower in various rooms. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Great area and I thought it was beautiful. I had questions about the train and he was more than helpful. Very personable host and made my stay very enjoyable.

Hanne’s place is cozy, clean, and in a beautiful location outside of the city center.

Stayed one night for an overnight stay on the way to Torp airport. Very good accommodation and nice host!

We had a very nice stay in Rødtangen. We stayed for four weeks in the beautiful little house with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the fjord. Mette and Mike are kind people. They are easy to communicate with. Everything is well arranged. We can recommend it. Regards, Peter and Mieke

Great stay in the house. The host was quick to respond when there was an error message on the pool and he came quickly to the place and fixed it. Lovely heated pool. Quiet and calm area with short distance to the sea.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place that would highly recommend. A real farmer's idyll, with a lovely farmyard, a house you want to move into, and walk you a hundred meters down the road you have a swimming area that provides fresh bathrooms and postcard photos. We stayed 9 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well equipped and has a central location. We didn't meet the hosts in person, but they always responded quickly and were very friendly. We can recommend the apartment.

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

The location was perfect as we could easily walk to shops and restaurants and the Opera House. Public transport was also within walking distance and the canal was a lovely outlook.

It was really great, we just had to increase the price because instead of 2 people, 3 came. And even though there were no extra beds. Otherwise everything was great 🙌🏽

We had a great stay at Inger Sofie’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just a 3-minute walk from both the metro station and a supermarket. The host was very friendly and helpful, and we felt truly welcomed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

a very tidy, modern apartment in a very convenient location in Oslo. Trams and buses were nearby which made sightseeing very easy, and it was within walking distance of Oslo Central Station. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
