The way up is a nice walk, a bit heavy in some parts. Recommended to go up before it gets dark. Remember to bring good shoes and warm clothes. At the top awaits the prize, flat and nice with beautiful views :) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. There is a land plot and a child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is a good depth ratio. A brand new floating jetty has been built. New Weber gas grill. Good fishing opportunities. In winter, we recommend bringing your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay for a fishing license at the gate you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilo fishing in the surrounding forest lakes. Holleia offers fantastic trips for those who want to go short and long. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
