Vacation rentals with lake access in Tyrifjorden

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Fantastic and well equipped cabin with many bedrooms. Lovely view over the Mylla water. Gunnar was very flexible and everything went very smoothly!

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place that would highly recommend. A real farmer's idyll, with a lovely farmyard, a house you want to move into, and walk you a hundred meters down the road you have a swimming area that provides fresh bathrooms and postcard photos. We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

Great stay.

Large and nice basement apartment, with good bedrooms and large living room. Convenient with bathroom and shower in various rooms. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Senthilkumar was a great host. Super responsive when I needed assistance in the property. The flat was just as described and perfect for our trip!

Nice apartment in a quiet area within walking distance to the city center.

A super nice place to stay on our bike tour! Great view of the water, super equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Everything is great, we felt very comfortable.

Camilla's place is so beautiful. The place is comfortable, cosy and very well-stocked with amenities. The star, of course, is the beautiful surrounding nature which can be easily enjoyed from the terrace. Particularly recommended for bird-watchers! Access to the metro is very easy and convenient. Camilla is very friendly, responsive and helpful but respected our privacy. Looking forward to staying again in future.

Beautiful place to escape to enjoy nature. The cabin, hot tub, and sauna were lovely and we hope to stay here again soon. Highly recommend.

I cannot comment on this apartment because a few days before our arrival the agency offered us a shawl, the brennåsel hut because they had a problem. It was a sublime shawl with sauna, 4 bedrooms, in short a little paradise. Check-in was very simple as well as communication.

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway
